Their primary location has moved to National City by the Mile of Cars. First impressions– I thought these guys are friendly, knowledgeable and had really good references. I liked that they had a social media page that helped show the quality of their work. Also, these guys are engineers and last I checked a bachelors in Engineering trumps any ASE certification I have ever heard of. Overall Experience– Blown away by the final product. This company is great to do business with and I will be a returning customer. This wasn’t a fast cage install but I would rather it be done right then done fast. Plus, like my beautiful wife says«you can’t rush perfection» and that is the type of work you get when you go to Jeeps Unclassified, perfection. As to be expected, there were a few hiccups on the way(rusted floorboard) and they dealt with it like any great business would. They found a concerning amount of rust under the brake pedal and advised that this would not hold up in a roll over. Since the cage was going to be mounted near that area they feared for mine and my family’s safety. While other shops said you could just Bondo the rusted hole, they cut out the rust and ordered a new factory floorboard section, trimmed it to size and welded it to the floorboard that was still good. Which is what I expected, what I didn’t expect was for them to go above and beyond and make small holes in the new floor board and weld the floorboard to the unibody frame rails. This essentially made a very strong rivet and then they sealed it up better than the Jeep factory ever could. Then they finished it off by spraying some undercoat to prevent rust any time soon. Back to the Cage, the basic idea was a «sport cage» nothing fancy nothing«Mad Max style». It was a basic 6 point with hoops on the A, B, C pillars and two runners. It was going to have steel plates sandwiching the floorboards and that’s it, done. After cutting, bending and fitting the cage, they felt the cage needed a little more support. They throw another bar going between the B and C pillars to ensure structural integrity and keep it looking clean as I drive a lot on the street. Once everything was tacked in place they were concerned about headroom. They texted me several pictures from several angles and even had a 6’2″ employee sit in the car to help accurately portray the headroom. Then they wanted me to come in person with my wife to sit in the car and make sure it was roomy enough for us. This again shows the huge attention to detail this shop has and how they are committed to ensure the customer is happy with the end product. Once we gave them the green light they finished up and felt it was not up to their standards and needed more support. I already had rock sliders welded in and they saw a great anchor point with those. They tied the roll cage in using the sliders and by creating triangular anchor points to the frame rails. Making both the cage safer and my Sliders stronger. To me, it felt like I was more than a customer. On more than one occasion the shop guys told me «we really want to make this safe, your wife rides in here and you have kids riding in here. We are really working to make this as safe as possible». This kind of investment into people is something you don’t see often and never with those big box shops that have multiple locations. This is just good olé’ fashion American value that is missing in this world of big box stores. I love the end product and they definitely will see more business from me and my friends.

These guys are knowledgeable when it comes to Jeeps. If you have ANY questions, they are super friendly and honest. They understand when customers are on a budget and don’t force anything that isn’t needed. Stopped by today to get some advice on rear drum brakes and they told me where to get the parts at the best price(even if I didn’t have them install). We need more shops like this. These guys know their stuff! THANKS! See ya again soon!

I can’t say enough good things about Jeeps Unclassified. They’ve bailed me out of numerous situations over the last year. The latest project that I undertook was swapping a Ford 8.8 axle into my TJ. They did all the welding and it came out beautifully, everything fit right where it should. Prior to the axle project they’ve helped me with my driveshaft rebuilds, axle shaft replacements, rebuilding my drum brakes, and a few other things that I’m sure I’ve forgotten. My Jeep wouldn’t be as awesome as it is today without these guys. Adil and Derek are both great guys — very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Rates are very reasonable for a Jeep specific shop.
