Jeff offers a very helpful and valuable service if you are having problems or questions with Mac and/​or Iphone devices. He was able to help me purchase external storage for photos and integrate everything with my existing setup. He was able to help me find items for the best price online, and is always available to meet in person or online within 24 hours of any request. Very professional and knowledgeable!

I was having a problem with my MAC. Some kind of bug was preventing us from printing, saving documents, and other vital functions. I called Jeff. He came in a very timely manner. Got busy, and fixed my major problem. He also was able to assist me with some photo organizing, had a lot of great tips and recommendations. He also offered to give me a free phone tutorial (he can do virtual screen assist) when I upgrade my system (I’m going to wait until I finish my present photo project). His pricing was very reasonable and competitive. His service is far more convenient and personal than any alternatives I explored. And, with the time I saved, it made it well worth it. Jeff is an expert at what he does. He is friendly and patient. I would definitely use him again and I highly recommend him.

Jeff is amazing! Gives you help with solving problems and tips on how to make things go smoother. A great trouble shooter. He lives very close so can usually come to our place within a half hour. Please use him if you are having problems with any of your Mac devices.

Had my second visit from Jeff today. I have a lap top, iPhone & and an iPad, all which I was having problems with. Got a virus on my lap top & couldn’t figure out how to set up my other devices. Jeff came in & went right to work trouble shooting each of my devices & had each working perfectly, giving me tutorials along the way. I have learned allot. I had him look at my printer today since I even managed to mess that up & he knew exactly what the problem was & fixed it in no time.
I’m so relieved I finally have someone to call when I have problems with my devices, he really knows his stuff.
