Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. She is so personable in her demeanor and allows me to let my guard down and be completely receptive to her process. I saw her for a 4 week ‘treatment’ in which we spoke once per week over the phone. Some discussion and some hypnosis. She also made herself available via email if i needed to contact her for any reason. She provided lots of tools for me to use during the week to help me focus on the issues at hand and find the root causes. She actually assigned homework, which was well worth it believe it or not! She is a very caring and intuitive young woman who’s passion shines through her success in you. She helped me to see things differently which makes a world of difference when dealing with relationships. I highly recommend her, you won’t be disappointed!

I was a little nervous/​apprehensive with the hypnosis over the phone (would it work over the phone? Can I even be hypnotized? Am I beyond help?!?)
Not a problem at all! It *did* work and very well too. Jen is very skilled. The combinations that she uses (hypnosis, Reiki, EFT, layer letters) all help to create a very individualized treatment plan. She followed up sessions with texts and emails, very nice touch.
Jen is very intuitive, kind and funny. Sometimes healers and mystics are a little too airy-​fairy or maybe granola-​crunchy is the word? You know what I mean, like they are really out there. Jen is NOT THAT GIRL. She is completely down to earth, so real, very gracious and I can’t emphasize how good she is. I am going to continue to work with her, excited about that prospect.

I just had a hypnotherapy and reiki session with Jennifer last week and it was amazing! I felt very understood, relaxed and supported during the whole experience. I instantly felt more clarity after the session and I feel more conscious about how to move forward with my work and relationships. I highly recommend a session with Jennifer if you’re feeling stuck in a certain area of your life or if you just want to get more clarity on a certain issue.

After an amazing Reiki session with Jen, I was inspired to write a review to hopefully encourage others who are interested to book a session. I signed up to meet with Jen while on vacation in San Diego, just to check it out because a friend recommended it. I’m so glad I did because the session was incredibly relaxing, yet revitalizing. I’m upset that I can’t set up weekly appointments because I’m back home in the east coast, but I’ll certainly be back and will do it again! Now I’m checking out Reiki studious around here. Hopefully something can compare!
