I began training with Jon a few months ago, during a two week period where my consistent trainer was on vacation. I immediately assumed that this would only be a 1 week trial until my trainer returned. My mind was quickly changed once I started training with Jon. Jon and I trained one session in the gym and even in that one session I began to understand and learn some of the unique styles and concepts that only Jon utilizes in his workouts. Jon was able to add intensity to any workout both physically and mentally with simple yet complex ideas such as «Time-​Under-​Tension», «Mind –into-​Muscle» and «Train with the intent to FAIL»! Our next session was in the pool utilizing Aqualogix training in the water, a system that Jon created himself. At first I was also resistant to this «different» kind of training, since I was so used to my traditional workouts in the gym. After my first Aqualogix session with Jon, I made a decision to add this unique and effective workout into my regular gym training sessions as well. The Aqualogix sessions are amazing and with Jon’s detailed understanding of the benefits of exercise in the water and without the use of heavy weights, I too quickly was able to see how this complemented my normal exercise regimen. Since I have been training with Jon I have actually tried to «FAIL» every session because I know I am pushing myself to an entirely different level of fitness, but really I have never «FAILED» by choosing to train with Jon because I continue to see amazing results and also am receiving some of the best physical and mental coaching available!
