Another year has gone by got the same Combo jump I wanted. There prices are very competitive. They are very flexible with drop offs and pick ups.

I submitted an online reservation for a bounce house two weeks prior to the requested date. The next day I received a voicemail from Jump 4 Adan saying they received my reservation. I called back that day or the next day and got their VM; I left a message stating who I was, that I got their message, and to contact me if anything else was needed. Fortunately, I called back two days prior to the event to see if I could rent tables. They couldn’t find my reservation anywhere on the books (I don’t think they use computers?!) and told me they didn’t have the desired bounce house in stock, only a large version which I do not have the space for. So, now I’m trying to find an alternative two days before my event. Seriously, seriously unprofessional service. I would never use this company for an event nor recommend to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I work for a non-profit private school. We have used this company a few times and haven’t had a problem until this past SUNDAY. They called to tell me they were running 20 minutes late. We only rented a jumpy for 3 hours for a school event. They ended up being an hour late.
They called me a few times and were completely rude and inappropriate. I asked for the owner to call me and they said he was too busy too call me. I called the business line and left a message and still haven’t heard from them. They would only discount us $ 10 for them being an hour late.
They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ARE EXTREMELY RUDE, and have no consideration for their customers satisfaction.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
