Great customer service! Needed a cast iron/​enamel replacement sink, so called in, and Jim did a great job of walking me through available options over the phone. Jim understood that we wanted a good sink, but maybe not the most expensive one, but not a cheap one, either. He guided me to an excellent Kohler (made in the USA!) enamel double-​tub sink, and was able to save on shipping, so we made the purchase on the first call. Then, over the weekend, our existing plumbing started leaking, meaning we needed the new sink sooner than planned, so called and spoke to Mike and Kellan, and they were able to get the sink shipped early. On the due date, the sink arrived even earlier than promised, so we were able to have it installed the same day and get our kitchen back up and running right away. One of the easiest home improvement projects I’ve done, especially under stressful circumstances. Thanks guys!

I was referred to them by my plumber for my entire remodel. We purchased all fixtures, fittings, and material from them and everything worked out better than expected. The level of customer service by the team is awesome. I know my orders were quite complex and there were a lot of changes and they crushed it. Thanks again guys, hope to see you soon.

Long story short, I know nothing about plumbing. Two years ago I bought a fancy/​expensive toilet from Lowes (Kohler) and thought I would never have to worry about it again.
Well, two weeks ago it started running constantly. Went back to the Big Box store to get a replacement part and was informed they only sell Kohler brand items, but no replacement parts. The employee gave me the number for another business that carried the part I needed.
After calling the employees recommendation I was told over the phone to «Just bring in the part and we can probable replace it.». Not feeling the love from the person on the other end, I jumped on Unilocal to read the reviews. As I expected, I read of a similar experience another Unilocaler had with the recommended company. Needless to say, I didn’t go there.
I finally got on the internet today and came across **Keenan Supply listed on Kohler’s website. They didn’t have any reviews on Unilocal,so after reviewing their website, I decided to try them out. From the minute Alison (sp?) answered the phone I knew I was dealing with a solution oriented person. Within seconds she confirmed they sold the part and had it in stock.
WOW! Real customer service, FINALLY! After speaking with her briefly, I made the 20 Minute ride to pick up the part I needed.
When I arrived Alison was just as friendly and helpful in person! She showed me the product, had a co-​worker help us out with installation instructions, and then showed me how to replace the part on one of her showroom models!
I bet I spent less money than any other customer they have ever had, but you would never know it by the AMAZING customer service I received today!
