I found this San Diego FitCamp through Groupon deal. I signed up for Point Loma location. First of all I have to mention that the whole signed up/registration process was simple and clear to compare with most of other boot camp programs. Also location is beautiful and very easy to find. I really liked the approach and professionalism of the trainer. Kevin is awesome! The work out was tough!!! But that“s why we sign up for boot camps, right? It was fun ! I loved it! Definitely will stick with this program.

I was a little nervous about doing a «boot camp» I had seen groups in the park where everyone was doing the same thing… seemed intimidating to me. Anyway, I had a blast working out under Kevin’s watchful eye. He kept everyone moving at their own pace, doing various exercises so I never felt pushed to do more than I knew I could. Thanks, Kevin for a great experience!

My very first bootcamp experience ever was with Kevin and SD FitCamp, and I absolutely LOVED it. I promise you you will get an amazing workout whether you’re just starting to exercise or if you’re already in great shape. Kevin — effortlessly it seems — is able to keep track of everybody and individualizes their workout based on their fitness level. You won’t stop moving for the entire hour class. Plus working out outside just rocks, and you can’t get bored with the variety of exercises Kevin throws at you. And after only one month with him, I DEFINITELY notice a change in my body and in my fitness level. I sought out bootcamp as a way to get my booty in shape while I take the year off from my sport, and this program definitely did that! Also a plus, he’s got lots of locations and times so something for everybody for sure.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kevin and his bootcamp. I purchased the Living Social deal with my boyfriend mom and decided to give it a shot. We chose the location closest to us at Liberty Station Park(He has 4 other locations in San Diego with different days/times). We pulled into the parking lot and followed the crowd to the back of Kevin’s car to get a mat, medicine ball, balloon disk thingy(I am sure there is a technical term for it) and a rope. We walked over the grass and put our stuff down, bracing for the unknown. WOW is all I can say! Kevin has an ability to keep everyone moving all that time. If you finish your exercise before the rest of the group, he sends you off to the next thing. He is manages to keep everyone straight with individual workouts. His experience really shows. There is a lot of «active recovery» or running in the grass, jumping up a down, squats, medicine ball throws, push ups, burpies, floor sprints, dips, you name it. Crazy crazy hard yet perfect for each person’s ability level. I could hardly move after bootcamp and couldn’t wait for more!!! I have been going 2 – 3 days a week, but I wish I had more time to go more often. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this guy. Reminder: Take the online fit test from his website before you show up so he knows your ability level.
