Funny enough I swore I reviewed this place. I have never had issues with the food here. I tend to stop here passing through the area for work functions. This place doubles as a Taco Bell so you can also have other food options. I personally like the KFC option for take out. They have fairly good deals. Today I got a $ 5 meal that included a biscuit, three chicken strips, mash potatoes, a cookie, and a drink. Pretty good fast food eating. No complaints here.

ZEROSTARS*****Slowwww slugish service at this KFC, as always(I hate their nasty chicken, but my hubby for some weird palette tastes, he loooves it.)… but I had enough on Tuesday 09÷29÷15 at 5:47 pm when we ordered ’ to go’, the guy at the cash registry, who couldn’t speak English btw, took our order and we paid with a $ 25 rebate card, in the end we had to pay 25 cents extra, this guy couldn’t even get the math right as my husband explained to him math basics!!! As he ran the card 3 times, he said«it ISAPPROVED». We waited 5, minutes for our order, then 10 minutes, then 15 minutes, then 20, …25!!!25 minutes for our order, while all the other customers where getting theirs. There were 3 males and one female working behind the counter, we talked to the female as she was the one ringing the orders, she looked at our receipt and said our order didn’t go thru!!! What does she mean!!! No where in the friggin receipt said: «it didn’t go thru» I told her that the guy at the cash registry said CLEARLY :“ITISAPPROVED” what a hell is she talking about??, she took our receipt and our rebate card and went into her office and printed all the orders in the last 30 minutes, she showed us a transaction that said«voided», but this order had burritos on it, we didn’t ordered burrito(at kfc). I told her that such order wasn’t ours«why are you showing me other customer’s transaction»… she babble as she DOESNOTSPEAKENGLISH! I told her… «SO you had us waiting like Idiots while you and your employees saw us and DIDN’T SAYANYTHING!!! And she just stared at us like someone who is completely dumb. Bottom line, the guy at the cash registry LIED to us saying it was approved, when it didn’t. I called for the card balance right on the spot and yup! We still had our $ 25 in there… Do you think she compensate us for her and her employees’ stupidity? No, ohh hell… no she didn’t. Stay away from this KFC, they hire people who can’t speak English and who didn’t finish elementary school because they can figure out their math. I did took advantage of their free wi fi… I think I will park outside several times and download TONS of music for letting us stand like they did for 25 minutes,… no compensation? heck yeah, free wifi!!! We left angry and hungry.

Not a big fan of fast-food. It was my sons turn to pick where we ate for lunch. This KFC also has a Taco Bell menu. I will say the dining area was very clean. That was a bit shocking. They normally are dirty and unkept. The food came out fast and they didn’t get it wrong. The restroom was clean and the employees were nice.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon around 5pm to get my wife a simple chicken pot pie. Open the box and a dead fly is laying next to it, are you guys kidding me? Had to drive back and get another one. If a fly is able to die in a box like that, you know they made the box a while back. Somthing to think about, maybe next time look in the box before sealing it up? I can understand if the fly was alive and flew out, it happens. But to be dead in the box? Habre Los ojos! That means open your eyes!

This is going to be a tough write. I have been eating KFC since I was youngin, so i have had some great experiences and I have this experience. The original flavor was soggy, and really greasy, more than normal. Out of hunger we ate it but we were not satisfied, unfortunately they forgot to give us napkins forks, so I had to knock on the drive thru window and ask for some. They were kind enough to give me what I originally asked for. On a positive note they did remember to give us ketchup, honey and hot sauce, they served us as quickly as a fast food spot could, and were quick and speedy. I understand that service may be the last thing on their mind when you have 30 minutes left till closing but as a loyal KFC chain goer, it is disappointing.

Unbelievably Terribly slow service at this Taco Bell KFC. The staff who were young had no sense of urgency or concern for service. I will not go back. Too many real Mexican food places around.

I come here all the time for the five dollar fill ups. I only like one of the workers because she moves fast and efficiently. But when I ordered this time around, they got it wrong, and she was working so I’m slightly disappointed. I’m editing my review and giving them two star. They got my order wrong again and now I’m annoyed. The guy who prepared the food didn’t seem to be paying attention seeing that he put our food on a tray when we said ‘to go’ so I’m going to boycott them now.

Came here on a super late night when I was still unpacking all my stuff at my new apartment. The only things that were open at the time were a jack in the box and a gas station. When I pulled into the drive through there was only five minutes left on the clock for how long they were open till. I went to the drive-through, and I ordered a two piece meal with two sides. Jerry, the guy working the drive-through, told me that they only had thighs for the rest of the evening, and no legs or breasts. To make up for the lack of other options, Jerry gave me extra thighs and a free soda. That was really awesome of him and he didn’t even need to do that for me. I came back again a month later, and jerry somehow remembered me(I was now sporting a beard and I wasnt wearing my glasses this time). Again, he provided me with extra chicken legs in my order, and gave me a Coke on the house. That’s freaking awesome. The Awesome customer service that Jerry provided me reminds me of the customer service that used to be provided in this country back in the 80s. If it wasn’t for this guy, I don’t know if I would rank this location as high as I did.

Went on a Friday night for hot wings. The place was packed. I had to wait 10 minutes for the hot wings. The cashier gave me a free drink for the wait. Good KFC, just what I expected.

Who doesn’t love a half KFC& Taco Bell fast food joint. Idk if I got lucky with my visit or if they got new management but my customer service was amazing. I think the manager helped me the majority of the time and she was great. She asked me if I had any questions, handed me some coupons to see if that would help me choose. The reason for four stars is that when I was finally ready to order, the drive thru girl came to help and didn’t know how to use the computer and then walked away, so the manager came back and I had to repeat my order. I’m a patient person so I wasn’t bothered by it. You can tell that they are short staffed and the majority of the people there are new. Overall, the food was amazing and the wait time was less than 5 minutes. I bought tacos from Taco Bell and a Family Bucket from KFC. Everything was made correctly and the chicken in the bucket was huuuuge! Definitely will come back to this location.

I know it’s a fast food spot and you’re not supposed to expect much from it but today I have to say was the worst experience I’ve had going there on 9÷14÷13. Whoever was manning the drive thru tonight had such bad customer service. Simple order for a 2 piece chicken meal turned to me repeating it 3 times because he asked if was wanted chicken littles, then chicken strips? Pulled up to the window and I guess he was too busy clowning around with the other co workers to acknowledge the customer and only thing he said to me was the total and if I wanted sauce… He needs to be trained again on customer service.

My family loves kfc. I absolutely hate it though. I once had ordered chicken from here and almost all of the chicken had visible little blood lines close to the bone. The last one I bit into it literally dripped blood. I know its normal but ive given it a couple of chances and more often than not I find so much bloody veins. I cant eat chicken off the bone anymore

Friendly service and a nice clean restaurant. Sometimes they forget stuff, so check your bag before you drive off is using the drive-thru. It’s a KFC and Taco Bell combined, so you’ve got both to choose from.

This specific location just does not do it for me. Maybe for my husband, but not for me. I’m not saying I have a refined KFC palate… Okay, yes, that’s exactly what I’m saying. I find it almost amazing that my husband can come to this location and order us food, and get the correct order EVERY time. But me ordering, now that’s another story! I don’t seem to have problems ordering at any other fast food restaurant. But ordering in the drive thru is somehow challenging. I don’t get it. In fact, I feel like one of the adults on the Peanuts. So this meal, I opted to go inside, thinking maybe somehow they’ll get it right. Well, we go inside and order. I order my specific items for the kids & then ask for«potato wedges well done.» The male version of Helen Keller is behind the counter, and looks at me like I’m speaking Russian. UGH! So I try this again, «Can I get an order of large potato wedges, cooked extra long so that they are crispy?» Simple enough. Helen Keller then proceeds to tell me, «We don’t do that for you.» Oh really? How about you learn english? Me: «And, why can’t you do that for me?» HK: «At KFC’s with Taco Bells we can’t do that for you.» Riiiight!!! I then asked for my receipt.(The employees tend to call people by their number when their food is ready. Thought it might come in handy.) HK then got angered with me and got loud saying he had already gave me the receipt, which he clearly did not. Instead, he gave me an old receipt out of the cash register’s recycle bin/trash can thingy. So I make a mental note of his name. By now I’m pissed. Long story, even longer… I got home & before I even ate my food, I called corporate. This is actually the first time I’ve ever called a corporate office on someone. I just hope if I ever come back to this location, Helen Keller is not working the register with his sideways hat.(I really wanted to reach over the counter and forcibly turn it straight for him.)

I know, I know you are not supposed to post a review unless you have eaten or was there. I am doing so on behalf of my boss at my previous employers. He and I were supposed to travel up to LA to do a presentation. Anyhow short story long, he decides that the night before we are leaving, that he would«treat» himself to some KFC at this brand spanking new location. Apparently, he, his wife, and his drunken friends got a hideous case of food poisoning from this place! He ended up missing two days of work and had to go see the doctor. I felt bad for them, I hate food poisoning… but I have to give them an extra star for getting me out of that presentation, for my boss being gone on a Thursday and Friday… leaving me unattended and able to leave early on both days! Soooo… thank you kfc! (uck, be careful and don’t let the nice, spankin’ new décor deceive you)
