I was here picking up for a friend. Surprised how much I spent on 8 pieces, but I did recieve it quickly and correctly.

Went to this place and ordered a combo with a fucking biscuit and Hannah the Mexican dude fucked that simple shit up. If you come here expect to pay a lot and not get some of your shit you over paid for.

It’s a cool place. Right in Notthpark so it’s not ghetto at all… Food is served fast and most of the time the person working, taking the cash. I just seem to hit it off with them with great conversation, which just keeps me coming back.

I was just at the drive thru, my reciept says Rose but the person that served me was an asian man. (Ticket #2751). This was the worst service i have ever recieved, even for a drive-​thru window. Rude and not apologetic about his short comings and unprofessional. Although he didn’t meet many expectations, there was never any apology. He was blantantly rude and not willing to help us. He then messed up our order, we had to go back through the drive-​thru, and he pretty much threw our food back at us. I will not give this place my business ever again. «Rose» should be fired and corporate will definitely be hearing about this horrific experience.

I went through the drive thru really late on a Thursday night, and the lady who helped me was so friendly and all smiles. I could not believe what a good attitude she had. Great Customer service!

I’ve never been to a fast food chain with service like this. Barney was amazing making sure I got exactly what I wanted offered other options and walked around handing out candy and coupons to sitting customers! I’ve never seen such awesome service at a KFC. I love this place and would come back as long as Barney is around.

Today, I had fresh hot chicken and it was good. However, KFC raised their prices by offering only one side with a meal. For years, you got two sides which for me were cole slaw and mashed potatoes. Now, only one side comes with the meal, you have to pay extra for the second side. I have written to KFC corporate to complain but they didn’t bother to acknowledge me.

This KFC has great employees that will make such a big difference, not only for your KFC experience but for your entire day. The people genuinely care about giving you great customer service. And I’m not talking about the phony smile and awkward forced politeness, this is as good as it gets. I didn’t get one employee’s name but my kids call him «Mr. Mac & Cheese» guy. I did get the other employee’s name: Barney. Barney makes you feel welcome as soon as he gets a glimpse of you and welcomes you in. He really makes the difference. What I love about Barney is his genuine care for every customer. While I was there, he gave the same awesome KFC experience to every customer. You get a first-​class experience. Barney and employees like him make KFC, well KFC. Thank you. I highly recommend this location.

This is the absolute worst restaurant in San Diego the employees are rude and argumentative. Left a main item out of my order I went bag they argued with me that they put it in there even though they did not THEN Threatened me with the police when I refused to take an item from the back that I could not see being prepared after a woman yelled and screamed at me…

Just Had a friend eat at KFC, and actually found a pubic hair, in her meal, she went to the manager Ray Quino and he laughed it off. We have the picture of the food and hair. This is not a laughing matter, due to all the diseases going on right now. Mr. Quino and your staff should of taken this a little more seriously, this will be going to the Turko files, and the health department. You don’t laugh at a women when she comes back to complain. I will also be contacting KFC headquarters. Way to be a Manager.

Today, April 27, 2014, @appx 130 pm, I ordered a 6 piece Chicken Strips via the drive thru. When I bit into one of the strips, it was tough, dry and very old; like jerky. I ate one more bite and threw it in the trash! I am not fussy, hey it’s fast food, BUT how hard is it to comply with guidelines when it comes to old food? I am also concerned about possible food poisoning when food sits for long periods and is then served to a customer. Laziness, Indifference and poor management!

Okay, so they get two stars because the food was tasty. However service was atrocious. I ordered and they asked me if I wanted something else because they didn’t have what i ordered ready, and then proceeded to tell me what they wanted me to order. After convincing them that I wanted what I had ordered they charged me more than what was listed on the menu. Overall I wouldn’t go back to this location, the service was just awful.

Lets face it, we take fast food places for granted. We have such low standards that we regard good work as mediocre and bad work as awful. With that said, I give this place 5 stars because they fulfill all the expectations of a fast food place.
Very seamless drive thru. Easy in and easy out. Ive gone several times mostly during the after-​work rush and on sunday afternoons. Cant resist those hot wings. 12.99 for 20 wings are the best deal for wings in town. The spiciness is mild but i love the batter: very crispy and flavorful. We get the other items too and they never screw it up. They always get our order right, everything’s cooked just right and they’re always accomodating to any extras we need. The drive thru speaker is clear, the attendants are always fast and friendly. Really even with nitpicking theres nothing to complain about. This is why for a fast food place, this gets a solid 5.

It’s been 4 years since I last darkened the doorway of a KFC. Today I caved and ordered a 3 pc. w/​slaw & mashed at the drive thru. When I got home 20 minutes later they broke my heart again. The 3 pc. turned out to be a 2 pc. Come on guys get it together.
The food was quite good; the chix was moist, the slaw was clean and a bit sweet. The mashed w/​gravy was right on as was the biscuit. Everything was fine except for the chix count. Here’s to another 4 years before I darken their doorway again.
When I called the store to complain the kid that answered wanted me to get in my car and travel 40 minutes round trip for a chix thigh. Really??? So in conclusion work on the counting issue (not that hard to count to 3) and customer service problem resolution.

On my way to a little get together, I realized that it would be rude of me to show up without any food. Right? (To be totally honest, I just didn’t think what I had was enough) So I while driving down the 805 thinking what I could bring that wouldn’t do too much damage to my already damaged bank acct, but would be enough for a bunch of starving-​wine-​drinking-​chicks. I decided on a big ol’ bucket of chicken.
I Googled the nearest KFC and it brought me to this little place. So when I say little, I ain’t lyin’. The drive thru line was long, I was running late (story of my life), so I decided to go inside because I only saw about 3 people in line. So when I get inside, I was a little confused. The «line» wrapped around the seating area and there was only 1 person working the cash register. Needless to say, my decision on going inside instead on staying in my car was stupid.
BUT I will say that my food came out rather quickly, although it took for me to make my order. But it wasn’t workers fault. These 2 guys took over for the girl that was up there and they really worked that line down. Thank goodness.

I am a connoisseur of crappy food.

THIS KFC GAVE ME FOOOOOD POISONING!!! I ate it for lunch, and it was the only thing I ate for that day cuz it gave me food poisoning! After I ate it, my stomach started hurting and my tummy started rumbling (literally 30 minutes later), and I started to sweat and shiver, I felt cold, sick and I had to leave work because it was so bad! I went to sleep after because I felt all nauseated, drugged, and drowsy, and I had the craziest dream and sweat like hell in my bed, it was like a bad dream! (i wish it was though!) Then the effects of food poisoning started hapenning, if you know what I mean…
horrible horrible day & days after. Couldn’t hold any of my food down or even liquids. I think the people at that KFC dropped my chicken in the bathroom floor and rubbed the chicken on someone’s balls with special sauce and then served it to me. After this I couldn’t eat KFC again.
