The food was hot and tasty, nothing to write home about. Tried the pot pie and it was filling, needed more chicken meat inside. Waited awhile for my food, it’s 8 pm and not busy so no excuse for that.

I’ve hated kfc service for a very long time. By far this has been my first good experience.

This KFC is good and service too. I like how they re train their employees or replace them what ever it is, is good. The new Nashville chicken is good if you like juicy greasy ones in a while.

I came this evening around 5:30 pm 4÷10÷2016 to this location. As we walk in no one in the front cashier. Four of them are behind the kitchen. While waiting for someone to come to the front. Were choosing what we want to get. Few minutes past by still no one came. I rang the bell once to get someone attention that we are there waiting. They all just look at us and continue of what they are doing. NO ONE CAME OUT OR SAID ANYTHING that someone will be right there or anything. After couple minutes waiting, my husband and I just walk out and said well they just lost our business,… THAT IS HORRAbAL experience i ever have from KFC. Well Popeyes got our bustiness

I just wanted to give a shout out to Claudia. She is always so helpful to me when I place a large order for the company I work at. She is SO helpful and professional and has gone above and beyond to help us! She helps me work within my budget and has great recommendations.

They had plenty of grilled, but they were out of extra crispy at 8 pm. This is Kentucky FRIED chicken. That’s what I wanted. Extra Crispy Fried Chicken!

The reason I’m giving this a low score is I walked in last week ordered two family meals with 4 extra mashed potatoes and gravy, well history repeats it’s self I got 6 coleslaw not one mashed patoes or gravy not to mention I ordered original and got xtra crispy. God job guys next time I’ll just throw 50 bucks out my car window

$ 20 fill up? Yes please.
I was worried by the low star rating of this KFC but the stomach wants what the stomach wants, so here we are.
Got the $ 20 fill up bucket meal deal thingy and before I could fill my drink cups, the food came out.
It was hot and juicy, just like Harlan would have made, and the biscuits were extra good — warm and fluffy — the perfect dessert after a yummy chicken meal.
Thanks KFC for a good meal for my family of four!

I’m not a fan of KFC per say however I do enjoy their chicken pot pie. The pot pie is reasonably priced on the $ 5 fill up menu. It has tender pieces of white meat and loaded with vegetables in a creamy white sauce.
The sauce is not too thick with a good consistency, the crust is golden brown and the dough is just enough to complement the filling. I would say this is a very good deal however my last order may have been incorrect. I received a pot pie, medium sized mashed potatoes and a drink. I think I was supposed to get a cookie instead of mashed potatoes.
Either way the meal was good and the price was right. The cashier was very pleasant and I received my meal hot and quick.

Very kind staff. I rang their appreciation bell 3 times for friendly service. They all cheered in unison. Clearly they all care about me the customer which translates to me they care about my food.

This place sucks ass. Gi gi or ji ji the manger sucks noboody can speak good english. They messed up my 12 peace meal only gave me 6 peace and would not give me my money back. I found a roach in my drink cup as well. This place should be shut down or FIRE gi gi!!!

As far as KFCs go, one of the best around! Great, friendly, fast service; and fresh food. The restaurant is modern and clean. The employees there are hard working and always want the best for their customers. Whenever I need KFC, this is where I go.

We came here on a Monday 6÷15÷15 at 750pm via drive thru. We were offered their 8piece meal for such amount of price. We said yah sure we’ll take it. After that there was a long pause from the drive thru person. Once she came back on speaker. She says she sorry but if we want that special we would have to wait 30 minutes because they are closing in 10 minutes and they have to reopen the kitchen. My husband and I were confused because it had only been 8pm and we’ve been at this kfc before at a later time. I asked why offer us a special only for you to tell us it’s a 30 minute wait and didn’t tell us they’re closing soon. She had no answer.
A few days later somehow conversation ended up being about food, I told my friends about my kfc story and they said. They Unilocaled their hours and said they close at 10pm.
Good to know that this location can make up their own hours. Thanks and I hope everyone else can get their dinner at a convenient time for KFC.

My favorite store. They make a strong effort to get it right and to ensure that the customer is satisfied.
Of the people whose names I know, Claudia, Eri, Lisa, Gigi and Georgina make the experience of going there a delight.

Weekday lunch is best

Went to lunch & usually ordered the 2 piece meal in the past which usually comes with 2 sides. Now the same meal comes with only 1 side but costs the same. Ordered the dark meat & got 2 thighs but boy were the pieces small & dried — sure not like the ones shown in their advertising photos. What a bummer. Must have been from some teenage chicken. This is another example of food portion downsizing by corporate America but not with the price. Can get better value & service at other fast food joints. Sorry to say that KFC is slowly losing its touch.

Went by here a few minutes after 10:00pm on 8÷23÷2014 and they were closed with only the drive-​thru open. But I was driving a limousine and could not fit thru the drive-​thru obviously, so I knocked on the door.
One of the employees came to door and very politely asked me what I needed. After I explained my to him my situation with the drive-​thru he unlocked the doors and let me in to place my order. There was also a couple of kids that wanted to come in and place an order as well that he let in the door as well.
We placed our orders and got perfectly cooked chicken and were on our way.
With this kind of service and staff at this location, I will be going here every time I’m in this part of town wanting KFC. And highly recommending this location to everyone.

Decided to get fast food for dinner before I headed home from work. There were 2 cars in front of me but for some reason, I had to wait for 15 minutes and I was passed through 3 employees when I finally placed my order at the drive through. Got the 8 piece crispy chicken meal with 2 sides and 4 biscuits for $ 17. Not a bad deal, I mean I did use a coupon. I am in love with their sides especially their mashed potatoes + gravy and cole slaw. The food was all right, there wasn’t anything wrong with it. Just tasted like your plain old KFC crispy chicken.
The service was mediocre. Even though it wasn’t busy (2 cars in front of me and nobody inside), it took them awhile to get my order ready. The employee that was handling my order was very stingy with the condiments, plates, and utensils when I asked for them. If I’m feeding 5 people then I need at least 6 pastes and utensils! He kept asking me, «How many of this, how many of that.» It’s very annoying, am I supposed to estimate X amount of ketchup/​hot sauce packets an individual will use on Y amount of the chicken that they’ll eat? Ridiculous. I didn’t even get any napkins, how are we suppose to wipe our greasy fingers after we’re done eating chicken?
That 1 star is for the food!

Its been awhile since i’ve been to KFC, this location has been remodeled for awhile now, its much nicer and cleaner than i remember. Whenever you’re late for a potluck, party, picnic, day at the beach or just too lazy to cook, you can never go wrong with a bucket of KFC.
What makes KFC so special is not their secret blend of 11 herbs and spices but their cooking process. They use pressure fryers! Frying under pressure keeps all the juices in and makes the chicken tender and moist. You may find places that have crispier or tastier chicken but i don’t think you can find anyplace that is as moist. Reason no one has a pressure fryer.
Tip: The menu board only states meals (with sides and biscuits), not options for chicken only buckets. Ask for a 7 piece dark meat only (drumsticks and thighs) bucket, it’s only $ 7
