Dr Kulik is a very nice man and seems knowledgeable but unfortunately that’s not enough in a medical practice.
As previous reviewers mentioned the office staff is rude, difficult to deal with, and frighteningly incompetent. Results of my general physical took almost a month to get back to me.
My previous Drs would all leave unscheduled time in their schedules for urgent care of their patients. This practice does not, and regularly takes extended vacations making care even more difficult to receive.

I have been going to Dr. Kulik for about 2 years now and I am so completely grateful that I found him and his staff. His neck and upper back manipulations helped me through my anxiety, and his caring personality always made me feel at ease and like I was in good hands.
Wanda (hope I got that right) is such a pleasant person who will make sure all of your questions are answered and that you leave the office with all of the information you need.
I also love the fact that Dr. Kulik doesn’t just prescribe drugs, he’ll explore all other holistic options first. If you’ve had the misfortune of needing to be in doctors care often, you’ll know how amazing this is.
All in all, or if you take anything from this review, just know that Dr. Kulik’s office is the office to go to if you’re looking for holistic health and for a team of people who truly care, come see them. I think they accept PPO’s only, worth coming even if you’re paying out of pocket!

Dr. Kulik is a wonderful doctor. He helped me greatly with neck, back and shoulder pain using prolotherapy. He goes out if his way on so many levels. He really takes time to listen and hear your needs and concerns. He is very knowledgable and well read. He is also an expert in holistic medicine and hormone replacement. He is a kind human being and a man of integrity. He genuinely cares about his patients.
Wendy is the part of his office staff that I recommend dealing with. She’s warm and friendly and goes out of her way to help you. I have to agree with the other reviewer that the rest of the office staff is very RUDE and makes for a very uncomfortable experience. It is very unfortunate. I cringe when anyone other than Wendy answers the phone and would have stopped going there a long time ago if it weren’t for Dr. Kulik and Wendy.

While the doctor is amazing, his staff could use some work. I had the displeasure of dealing with one of the rudest, abrasive, mean human beings I have come across in a long time. I do not know her name, but she was a heavy Black lady with very short hair. I will be taking my business else where just because of her. While I heard her on the business phone making personal phone calls (apparently complaining), she completely ignored my family member who was in severe pain. It was almost as if we were bothering her. We felt as if we were in the DMV. I will never be coming back to this business as long as she is still there. (I want to say her name is Rebecca, Roberta, or something that starts with an R).

–I first want to say how caring Dr. Kulik and his staff are. I never felt rushed and yet they run 100% on time, which is rare to find in MD offices these days.
–To start– I’m a young, healthy, fit person with a physical job and had a shoulder injury that just wouldn’t get better. I elected to have a PRP injection done (plasma rich protein) with Dr. Kulik. The procedure ended up being more painful at the beginning than usual, so I called the Doctor on the weekend and was able to get a hold of him easily! He spent a lengthy amount of time helping me through it.
–He will really listen, perform a thorough eval, and help you in any way he can. My shoulder is now much better than it has been in years and it’s only been two weeks since the shot. I could not be more impressed!
