I have worked with a few realtors in the San Diego area thru the years with different purchases and Kyley was by far the best!
I previously worked with another agent who was unable to get a deal with the house I had my heart set on. Fortunately, I met Kyley who not only negotiated the deal for THE SAME HOUSE, but also went above and beyond to be at the house every step of the way. She made the entire process seamless with absolutely no headaches on my end. I cannot thank her enough for all she has done for me!

Kyley is a sure bet if you are in need of a real estate agent in the San Diego area. She helped my husband and I purchase our first home in Fallbrook. Kyley is a wonderful realtor. I was a first time homebuyer and it being a stressful situation, Kyley was always patient, kind and most of all helpful. I started my search in one limited area and was getting frustrated to say the least, condo after condo Kyley always made me feel a priority. Now, after her suggestion of a property that I would of never found on my own or in my searches, I closed on Friday! Such a great feeling! Will definitely recommend to all!

My fiancé and I worked with Kyley to find our first home this past spring. We are military and both from far out of state, unfamiliar with San Diego. Kyley took the time to talk with us and get a clear vision of what we were looking for. She was very knowledgable about the different neighborhoods and really knew what we’d love/​hate. Buying your first home can be overwhelming and Kyley was there for us every step of the way. I especially appreciated her frequent check-​in phone calls during escrow, answering questions and calming my nerves. Even now, six months after we are happily settled in our new home, she is available for any questions– including handyman recommendations.
If we sell or buy again, I will contact Kyley, no contest. I highly recommend Kyley Christy for a pleasant, personable experience.
