I brought in my practically-​antique Samsung laser printer for repair and now it’s home again and works beautifully. José was great to deal with. Friendly, super fast, super affordable, no charge for an estimate, and very amenable to working with me to make for a convenient time for me to pick it up. I had called a couple other places I’d found online but picked Laser One based on them having Saturday hours, no charge for the estimate, and that he said he’d be able to look at it quickly. Now I wish I’d brought it in weeks earlier rather than dealing with its old age crankiness. Highly recommended. :-)

I called this company to repair my office printer after being let down (and wasting a lot of time) with another repair company. Laser One sent out their technician named Don and he was just awesome. He diagnosed the problem (different diagnosis from prior company), got the parts ordered and came and installed them and repaired the machine as quickly as possible. Don was professional, highly competent and obviously very knowledgeable about the machine, and very personable too. Go with them if you need a printer repair.
