I had my first treatment today at this location. To be honest I was hesitant due to some reviews, but I figured I would experience for myself!
Firstly, they were very accommodating about me making my first appointment, and rescheduling it due to the rain storm that we just had. Secondly, there was a miscommunication about it being a service vs. just a consult. Regardless they got me in, which was very nice!
Front desk was very nice, Vanessa, and Brittany that did the service was great as well! Both were welcoming, kind, and made me feel comfortable.
My only question is it hurt much less than other services that I have had at different locations. Not sure if it was a lower level, or just a different type of laser. I will update on my results!
Don’t be deterred but the numerous emails/​texts/​calls when you fill out the form for a consult. It may a bit much, but it is great to know that they are there to answer any questions :)
I would recommend Laser away so far based on my experience and their service~!

Laser away is great very clean and the team is attentive they do not make you feel uncomfortable at all. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it’s expensive compared to other prices I have recently found online for the same type of work. Although over all I like the results even though I’m not done with all my sessions yet.

Had a tattoo worked on here. 6 sessions in to a 10 session buy it was light enough and I didn’t need the remaining treatments for this specific tattoo. (Great work. Happy with the service and results. Minus a couple last minute rescheduling D by the office I was happy.) I spoke with the front desk and asked if I could transfer the treatments to another tattoo. We discussed the other tattoo location and size, and I was told that would be fine. I schedule the appointment and return 3 weeks later (the soonest they had available).
I get there to do my remaining treatments and the staff is clueless on it. We go over everything again, and then I’m told that because the tattoo is bigger I’ll need to pay more. Ok, not what they said before, but I get it. I ask the cost. She quotes me three times the cost of my original quote. My response is, «if this tattoo is only slightly larger I expect an increase in cost, but that math just doesn’t make sense. She says that prices go up and they have a good machine. Ok… But it’s the same service I paid for. I very politely ask her to see if she can find something that be fair. She tells me she’ll speak to her manager and call me back. I’ve left 3 messages after waiting a week to get a response. No call back, nothing. Their communication, scheduling, and follow up is terrible. The girl that did my removal and the service on that side is good though.

I have had great service here and awesome results! The staff and the nurses who do the treatments are always kind and professional. I’m thinking of purchasing more lazer packages for my friends and sister.
I don’t know what in the world I was thinking getting waxed it seriously was so painful and also awkward. This is a hundred times better faster easier less painful and not nearly as stressful or awkward as waxing was. Compared to lazer, waxing is torture and I wish I’d known sooner!
Just a heads up they charge you a $ 50 fee if you miss an appointment, which is normal…
but when they cancel your appointment they don’t offer any $ 50 discount or incentive for the inconvenience which would be accommodating.
So don’t miss appointments guys!
Besides that this place is perfect and I will continue to come here and to recommend this place because it is awesome! Thank you lazer away! :)

Great service, accommodating And painless

Went in for consult and they were very accommodating of me bringing my 1 year old in. Have had laser hair removal done before so i was familiar with the process but they explained their specific laser and have me prices. They honored the Groupon deal at the store which was pleasantly surprising. Came back for the actual laser and it was quick and less painful than my previous treatments elsewhere.

This place is great clean and organize. Casey was the best she make me feel so comfortable

The laser treatment is great, my only complaint is how they really push the sales! It’s almost like a car dealership and that can be annoying, but apparently they have good lasers!

Love the affordable prices they offer and featured deals. They use state of the art machines and I am astounded with the results so far.

Laser Away is great! The staff is sensitive to your needs, and very informative on anything you want to get done. The nurses are all gentle and care about your comfort during your session.

I can’t wait to have this tattoo off of my hand.
The staff has been very professional and friendly.
My ink is starting to fade already after two treatments I can see a difference.
They fit me in on my first visit and then again when I was stuck in traffic getting to my second one.
I hope I don’t need them again.
Never get a name tattooed on your body, unless it’s your family.

So far so good. I have a long way to go before finished with the removals but I’ve had a good experience thus far.

Found it kind of annoying that they charge $ 50 if you cancel your appointment but then they will change your appointment last minute for whatever reason. It didn’t happen all the time, but enough to notice.

Had 7 treatment done on the same area and it’s as if I never had any done. Waste of money, especially since they are «so booked» that the time in between treatments obviously affected the results. Back to waxing I guess…

Very disappointed in the customer service here. I came in with my boyfriend, both of us would have been over $ 3,000 of services for them, and after 20 minutes of waiting and not even being acknowledged, they take a walk in right in front of us. After 30 minutes, we request to be seen right away, only to be told the information I read online. We had an appointment to be consulted by the nurse, so we inquire further about this, now 40 minutes after our appointment time, and they say the nurse is going to be another 30 minutes. At that point we tell them we are leaving, they interrupt another woman’s appointment for the nurse to come out to see us, not even for a consultation, she just answered some of our questions in the waiting area. Very poor customer service, would rate 0 stars if it was an option.

Not sure why there are so many complaints about the customer service… I literally have NEVER had a bad experience! Toni is amazing and every single tech I have had feels like my best friend by the time my treatments are complete! So far my laser hair removal treatments have been great! The ladies always are welcoming and make me feel so comfortable. I’ve also never had a bad experience with scheduling. No complaints here! Only positive feedback! I love this place and can’t wait for each appointment as I continue to see amazing results!

I have not had any services done here. My review is simply for their level of service. I made an appointment for an initial consultation, inquiring about their black Friday specials. They had me come into the office, where the receptionist then proceeded to tell me she just wanted to do my consultation at the front desk. With a man sitting the lobby within earshot. About laser hair removal. Really? That couldn’t have been done on the phone? And save me an hour?
Then she proceeded to quote me the same prices groupon offers. I was told on the phone the prices for Black Friday were way better and to come in right away to take advantage. I told her as much and she just said «yeah, no, these are the best prices.»
Terrible policy. No way they’re getting my business.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Worst costumer service and horrible scheduling. The girls that work there are so stuck up. Seriously, don’t go here. Wish I would have read the reviews first.

Issues with the GROUPON have started !
Personally, I feel appointments are scheduled so far out from each other on purpose to affect the continuity of the treatment.
Front desk receptionist (medium skin color/can’t remember her name) is rude, very dismissive and has a really bad attitude making the atmosphere feel full of hostility and plain uncomfortable. Don’t ask to many question because you might get her rolling eyes.
Do receptionist get commission? everytime she schedules a following appointment she wants you to buy another procedure, I would totally buy ! if she wasn’t so insistent and would let me finish one as I like to do one thing at a time.
A positive? two of the dark haired colored girls that do the procedure are suuuuper nice !
For next time, I will try to remember names !
