What can I say, the owner Joe seemed like a nice guy, We used to rehearse there occasionally. Very unprofessional, I could go on all day about the B.S. this guy pulls. Not to mention we had gear ripped off there, turns out he was the one who did it, we recovered it. Then when we confronted him, the guy goes all crazy on the internet playing the victim. Every time we dealt with the guy some screwball nonsense came about, doubling the price at the last minute, cutting a show short by 2 hours, the day of. Turns out he doesn’t have the proper permits to even have live music. The guy comes across very nice, then will try to nickel and dime you, and stick you at the last minute.

Great local music venue! They support local artist and put on live shows! Everyone who worked there seemed very nice and professional! It’s my understanding they have affordable memberships, including rooms for free band practice, music tutoring and recording. I met the owner, Joe a few times at the live shows he was very chill and down to earth. I’ll definitely be back!

My 500th review of writing anything and everything that is Unilocal,Yelptastic, Unilocalalucious, Unilocalmazing and yeah well Matt get on to the Unilocaling point already! We came here for Mischief Brew I’m sure your like what the hell is that right? Mischief Brew is a band that plays a bit of punk/folk style that’s just unique and good fun for those who enjoy a collaboration of styles for their ears. Driving down here from Orange County to see the show cost us to miss a few bands but we did get to catch a good amount of Ramshackle Glory too. Ramshackle Glory were really good being a bit more of the folk style played fast and slow complete with a clarinet playing singer entertaining the packed crowd. After the Ramshackle it was time for Mischief Brew they came out and played a magical set of a lot of old songs mixed with a few new ones too. About in the middle of the set they started playing some songs acoustically which was just awesome and fun to be going in circles too with a crowd of people chanting all the words with you! The venue looks like it’s used as a lockout or even a recording studio for the most point that has a decent stage area. Parking wasn’t the best but we found that if you park in the Papa Johns lot it was only $ 2 and relatively close so I’d definitely scope that out in your quest to park! The only thing I would really say was kinda strange about this place was that the drummer was sitting kinda low making it hard to see them even with the funky stage the sound was awesome and brought good vibes to the room for all to enjoy! Now that I’ve wrote number 500 I guess the only thing that’s left to do is write another 500 Unilocaltastic tales of what random place will Matt visit next?

Bought a membership for my brother for his birthday, turned out to be the best gift he’s ever received! He’s able to practice whenever he wants for as long as he wants, the employees are super helpful, they even introduced him to his new band mates and they can all practice together under his membership! I am a very proud sister!!! Thank you legend records!

These guys are legit. The main theme I’ve heard from other musicians who practice here say«Yeah, I like playing here, Joe is a cool guy». Very easy going, run by musicians, for musicians. Fully equipped studios. They’re new, so please give these guys a chance, you won’t be disappointed..
