The first few times, I was content with their service, even though there were delays; unfortunately the last visit will be my last and furious visit.
After my wedding, I took my court wedding dress (a white simple one piece dress) and actual wedding dress to get them cleaned. At first, the lady told me to give them a week to do this… no problem! She gave me a ticket to pick them up on Tuesday.
I gave them one extra day and went to retrieve them on Wednesday. The lady told me, «It’s not here yet.» ummmmmm… ok. She told me to come back the next day to pick them up, so I went back the next late morning… still not there! She said that I came too early (WTF?) and asked to come back in the afternoon. *Sigh* sure why not. If my dresses will get back to me clean and pretty, I’d just be happy.
So I decided to give them an extra full day and went back the next day. And YES! they were finally there!!! So excited! I pick them up, paid my dues, and went back home to check them out before storing them… and DA DA DUM~!!! Pen freaking marks everywhere on BOTH of my dresses, front and back! Ahhhhhhhhhh! So I quickly wrapped these dresses up and headed back over once again.
I told the lady the problem, and she seemed concerned enough to check them out at first. And then, she freaking goes and says, «we don’t even use this kind of pen.» WTF!!! I was so dumbfounded that at first i just merely stared at her. I was thinking to myself, well, it’s not like I carry pens all day long on the day of my wedding! «Can you just fix it?» she said, «sure, but I don’t think we did these marks.»
So, to make this long story a bit shorter, they took them in and told me to come back in a couple days, I gave them a few more days before I went back… still not ready, so went back the next day… some pen marks were gone, but few of them still there, so I pointed them out… another few days gone by, I go again to pick them up… still not ready. (Sigh sigh) Saw my dresses, still marks… we did this a couple more times back and forth… I finally got sick of it and was done with it; I just gave up. I have an inch long dark blue pen mark on the front of my white court dress (which I was planning to wear somewhere nice since it didn’t look like a wedding dress) and now it’s just sitting in my closet. (A looooong sigh)
I wouldn’t be so upset if they own up to their mistakes. Mistakes happen and I’m okay with it as long I know effort went in to it and a sincere apology followed. No word from the owner, no apology from the worker… all I got was the lousy denial that made me so PO’d!
Never again I would go back to help this mom & pop shop out. I’m telling EVERYONE about it as well, so if anyone wants to go, at least they know the risk they are taking.
Just thinking about it still boils my blood!

Love, love, love this place!!! Not only do they do a fantastic job but they get every stain out in a quick turn around time. I have been coming here for years and couldn’t be happier. They also do great alterations! I get my down comforter cleaned often here for $ 25.

I love the fact that this place is a drive through. You pull up right to the front door and drop off your clothing. The prices are equivalent to any other cleaners in the neighborhood and the staff has always been courteous. It’s also a plus to have any valuables you left in your clothes returned to you, even small amounts of coins. Highly recommend this business.

Always do a good job. I left my Ipod in a suit jacket that I left to have cleaned and they returned it when I picked it up. Can’t go wrong with an operation like this place.

I never really like to buy things dry clean, let alone go to a dry cleaner because in the past I did not feel as if they did a very good job. I was recommended to this place by a friend and I love this place! The staff is friendly, efficient and professional. They were able to get this stain on my white blouse which in the past, other dry cleaners couldn’t do. I was very happy about how long it took and the PRICE!!! Highly recommend the place!

I use this dry cleaner due to the proximity to my house. I’ve never had any issues with their cleaning or laundering services, everything comes out well pressed and to my specifications however they are much slower than other nearby locations (3 business days) and the lady who works there is not friendly at all. However, because of their location — I will continue to use them. They do also offer alterations, however I prefer Lido’s across the street.
