Let It Ride Design is by far one of the best graphic design, marketing and branding companies I have ever used.
Aaron has been assisting my business since I started it about a year ago. Aaron took a hand sketched idea I sent him and created a logo that highly exceeded my expectation. Seriously, better than I could have imagined.
I was a bit picky when it came down to determining the final revision of the logo, but Aaron was there every step of the way making minor tweaks and changes to make the logo absolutely perfect.
Aaron also designed two elegant business cards for my company. Almost everybody comments how great the cards look and feel! They have a satin finish and you literally cannot rip these cards in half!
It’s nice to finally find a person & company that you can trust these days! Aaron is genuinely a great guy and an extremely talented artist and most of all a loyal and trustworthy business person.
Aaron knows the true value of quality when it comes to marketing, promotional items and branding. I have never dealt with anybody who has been this attentive, and customer oriented!

About a year ago my business partner and I were just getting our business started and we went on a website where graphic designers bid on logo designs. Aaron’s bid was very reasonable and let it ride had the best portfolio so we went with them. Ever since, we have been going to Aaron for all of our marketing needs. Our logo he designed exceeded our expectations and so has everything else that he has done for us. From our Business cards to our embroiderd shirts and everything in between. Let it ride is the way to go. Very honest company and very friendly and down to earth. Aaron was out of the country and still managed to get things done for us and his turn around periods are quick! Always hookin it up for us and we appreciate everything Aaron and his team do! There needs to be more people like Aaron and Let it Ride in this world. I nominate them as best business of the year by far! Keep doin what you guys do! We won’t go anywhere else, that’s for sure. I recommend everyone to check them out and use their services! My company found Let It Ride Design on Unilocal and because we know how awesome our fellow Unilocalers are we decided to give them a call to see what their company could do.
Man are we happy we did! Let It Ride Design has been nothing short of AMAZING! Aaron always has the best ideas to update our companies designs. They have updated our coffee mugs we give to clients as well as designed great pint glasses, door hangers, pens, and our signs we put outside clients homes.
Ya, they did ALL of those products. Seriously. If you have a product you want to put your company logo on Let It Ride Design will figure out a way! What is great about them is they design amazing products and will steer you away from anything that is going to look cheesy or like a cheap piece of crap. If what you want to do is going to look like crap they will tell you… in the most polite and professional way of course haha. They will then give you ideas of how to keep a similar idea but just make it look 10x’s better. SO AWESOME. I know so many companies out there would gladly take our design and just print it as is. They on the other hand take a look at your design and show you ideas of how to improve on it.
They are also quick to get your product to you so you can get it out to your customer or for whatever event you may be designing your tshirts or other items for (birthday parties, races, bachlorette/​bachelor parties anyone?!!)
We are so happy that Unilocal led us in their direction and I promise if you decide to give them a call after reading this review you will be a happy camper!

I live in Seattle and get stuff printed here. No joke!
I was looking around to get a unique print job done and after looking at a few quotes from businesses in my area, I happened to mention to a friend that I was feeling ripped off. Being from San Diego –since I’m way up in Seattle — I didn’t think he’d have any sort of recommendation for me but he actually did! I emailed this business based off his recommendation and was told that they do great work for even better prices. Within minutes I got an email back with a quote that was insanely reasonable. I called them on the phone, handed over my payment info, and the print job is already on its way to Seattle.
The man I spoke with (Aaron?) was super friendly and really thorough. He sent me a quote, an image of what the job is supposed to look like when complete, an estimated time frame of delivery, and then finally a bill. Super duper easy.
Even with the cost of shipping I saved time and money. These are now my go-​to guys.

I needed 20 last minute prints (really last minute) of varying sizes of some of my photography that I was showcasing and the team at Let It Ride not only delivered everything I needed when I needed it, but also exceeded my expectations. I thought that given the short turn around time the prints would have been the quality of a 1 hour photo printing place, but they turned out to be really high quality and something I could be proud to display. I highly recommend Aaron and his team!

I never comment on Unilocal,but I specifically made an account just to post how pleased I was with Let It Ride.
I have a small business and I need to get shirts printed up for freebies at conventions from time to time. I tried a few different printing companies, it seemed like my options were always «spend a ton of money and get something good or get something in your budget that sucks.» It was infuriating! As a result of this– there are hundreds of my shirts sitting in people’s drawers that aren’t even good enough to wear on laundry day.
I could not bear to print up one more terrible batch of shirts. A friend of mine suggested Let It Ride — I sent an email and and explained my situation to Aaron. I was expected a standard email back with a link to a bunch of prices, like usual– but I was wrong! He actually got back to me with so many different options that were in my budget with the quality I desired. He even made a few tweaks to my logo so it looked nicer on the shirt! He really helped guide me into making the right decision.
The shirts look amazing– and truly professional ! I placed the order pretty last minute, and everything arrived just in time. I finally can actually hand something out that I would actually wear myself! I would highly recommend this place to any small business owner who cares about their brand. You just don’t get this kind of treatment at any run of the mill chain printing business.

Unbelievable! The worst. I should have known better when I called on Friday and no one got back to me until late afternoon Monday. Let It Ride Design avoided speaking with me over the phone, only emailed through the entire process. I expect more. I am not on email ²⁴⁄₇ but I do take phone calls like a normal business person! And I needed a quick turnaround. Why send an email & wait when you had my contact information, could have called and gotten an answer and moved on with the process.
Brittany’s email asked what I wanted it printed on, I responded. Sent over artwork. The «art department» was to add to the artwork I already had for a $ 35 charge.
Brittany even emailed me at one point and said if they didn’t have a response by a certain time, they would not be able to fulfill the job. REALLY? Rocket scientist. This made me laugh for had she called I could have answered her. So I was ready to move on to another print company. Suddenly, she could make it work. Amazing.
After several days, I was called to pick up the $ 70 tank top (WHAT?) $ 35 for tank, $ 35 for art… The tank wasn’t the one I requested. The artwork was shoddy at best and when the print stretched out over the tank, it was illegible. DTG on a ribbed tank, which is like if I took my HP LaserJet to it. I asked for screen print. This should have been done right. A call to the customer or a discussion of garment, print, something. I would never pass something like this off to a customer!
I explained this was unacceptable. I got a canned response of read the disclaimer. No customer service. Aaron writes me countering every complaint with sorry, I don’t see the problem…
Yeah, I guess you wouldn’t but I do & won’t be recommending you to anyone. And BTW, this place is disgusting, why no one else speaks of how dirty and disgusting this office is is beyond me.
Also received a text message from Brittany after all of this stating I should check my facebook page. Was that a threat? WTH?! So very unprofessional.

Great experience using this company. I have a small business and needed t shirts made up for my delivery guys. The business logo has too many colors for silk screen so I had them made using «DTG» process. I’ve had t shirts made in the past using this process and they last. Brittany was great to work with. Quality of work is great, price is fine. I really like the t shirts and will be buying some more in a different color. I would recommend this company, and also recommend DTG — Direct to Garment printing. It’s less expensive than silk screening.

I’ve known Aaron since around 2005 and we have done business together since 2006 when he played a show I put on House of Blues. Aaron’s professionalism and incredible gift as a performer has traversed into a very successful graphic arts company. Every order has been on time (or early), every quote has been adhered to, every piece is pristine, and every email is answered in a timely (mostly stealthy) manor. I, we at Interstate Personnel Services, endorse Aaron and the boys in every aspect of business at LIR.

July 15 2013 Update:
I had such a great experience with them for my gag gift that I decided to use them for my more professional needs in marketing my law practice. I had Aaron design some brochures for me. I tried using a cheap online place… I failed miserably. Aaron was super great and reasonably priced! I should have went here first and saved myself the headache. They were great with the design — we must have went through at least 20 revisions. Aaron was quick and listened to all my requests. I couldn’t be happier with them. I even stayed with them for the printing of my brochures. They are a one stop show and have all types of creative ideas! I will definitely keep using them for all my professional needs!
Brittany and the guys here were amazing. My job was a very small job — a screen printing on a pair of boxers for a valentines day gift. Brittany was always in constant contact with me. I think at one point, we emailed each other about 30 times a day. She told me exactly what I needed and when I needed to get it to her by for a prompt delivery and best results.
They always kept me posted and were always available for suggestions. Prompt responses. Even though my job was a $ 40 job, they treated me just as if I had a $ 4000 job.
If I ever had anything else that I can use them for, I would definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks guys! You rock

I am a first time business owner and Aaron at Let It Ride Design helped create my logo, t-​shirts, business cards and capes. I am so happy with everything and look forward to working with him again. I’ve been using Let It Ride since i started my business in 2007 — we get all of our shirts, business cards, letter head, brochures, our vehicle raps, and anything else we use for our business identity. Aaron at Let it Ride definitely saved me from a bachelorette party disaster! I was in charge of making hats for my best friend’s bachelorette party and had little time left and no design. I called up Aaron and he reassured me that the hats could be made in my time frame, on my budget, and with a kick ass design. I couldn’t have asked for a better looking hat — they totally fit the style of the bride-​to-​be! The customer service is amazing here, and the custom design work is life saver for those of us who are artistically challenged.

Life is a see-​saw of both smart and dumbass decisions — fortunately my see-​saw currently sees less action than its playground days.
Using Let it Ride Design was a smart move. Not only because I have no artistic bone in my body (nor do I want one, creepy stalkers), but because these guys took the lead and designed exactly what I needed. I can’t sketch to save my life, so I described what I needed and Aaron came up with something absolutely perfectly me.
They came highly recommended, so much that I chose them even though I live in San Francisco. Phone and email communications worked just fine. Thanks to them, my 10-​year high school reunion invites were hip enough to encourage even the too-​cool-​for-​school-​reunion people to show their ‘delightfully aging faster than mine’ faces. The cool save the date cards were an added bonus.
Given the high level of performance and turnaround time (even with shipping), the price was a steal. Use them for all of your club promotions, event flyers, and topless escort advertising needs.

These guys are the shizniz of print shops! I recently had a fundraiser for the Susan G Komen 3 day breast cancer walk that I do every year. I thought it would a great fund raising idea to sell t-​shirts at the event. I contacted the guys at Let it Ride and they hooked me up! I told Aaron what I wanted the shirts to say. He created an awesome design for me and emailed it to me for my approval. Once I approved the design, I put down the deposit and the shirts were quickly made! Overall everyone at the shop was very professional and handled my order perfectly. I could not be happier with their product! Thanks Aaron, Javier and Brad for helping me out with my fundraiser. You guys are the best!

These dudes are awesome. Very professional and serious when it comes to their products.
They recently made me some shot glasses for my band, and they rule.
As soon as we play some more shows and save up some dough, I’m going to order a bunch of merch .
FYI, just dont stare at Brads teeth, they are fake and he is really self conscious about them. If he catches you looking at them he goes nuts and spits them at you like little Chiclets.
