Letz Design Landscape

Just spoke with Steve. I asked him about the possibility of him doing some landscape maintenance work on our townhouse, including tree trimming, etc. He very abruptly replied that he doesn’t do that sort of thing, and that he does landscape design. I apologized for the confusion and asked if he could recommend anyone to do the work I needed. In a very rude voice, he said, «No I can’t. Goodbye.» And then hung up. I understand that he doesn’t provide the service I was looking for, but there’s really no reason to be rude. I know which company I won’t be calling next time I need landscape design done.

I wanted to use a landscape professional that had a good design sense and cared about saving water. We met with Steve and he managed to capture every idea we threw at him during our consultation. The design was exactly what we wanted, was very reasonably priced and was delivered on time. Steve made some great recommendations on contractors to use and we were happy with our selection. He came to the job site on several occasions and helped oversee the placement of the plants. He continues to drive by to check on things (we get emails) and is happy to help with follow up questions about the plants. A great experience and a very pleasant professional to work with.
