I first saw Frank in 2006 when training for a Marathon. Since then I have seen him about a dozen times. Every time is worth the trip. I generally have an issue like post marathon or an injury and Frank manages to work on whatever the issue is and allow me to walk out the door feeling better and on the way to wellness. Frank is very knowledgeable about his practice and is thoughtful about the time spent. Every time I get off the table I feel as though he spent extra time.

I have been seeing Frank since he started his practice in San Francisco, I have flown to San Diego just to get a great massage from him. He is professional and a highly skilled therapist with a variety of techniques and massage. Go get work done by him! He is caring, honest and really good.

Frank Arce’s techniques are amazing. He’s well trained in several forms of massage from traditional Swedish to Deep Tissue, and several in between. His professional, courteous demeanor relaxes me from the very start. The icing on the cake is that Frank’s rates are very competitive. I highly recommend Light Center Massage.
