If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Do not use this service.
Mike confirmed reservation for April 3^rd, 2015 with a phone call immediately after I booked on the website and paid via PayPal. My area was clearly labeled with a round trip rate, which I paid. Mike indicated I didn’t pay enough for my area and when I tried to explain I paid what his own website said, he was just interrupted me and told me to tip my driver & that would make up difference. We always tip so that wasn’t really an issue.
We had an early morning flight and wanted to be picked up by 5a. No car showed. We called Mike, got his vmail. Now we had to throw our bags in the car, drive to the airport, find longterm parking and try to make our flight, not a good way to start or family vacation. Thanks for the stressful start to our time off Mike, we almost missed our flight.
Emailed Mike for a refund, still no response to vmail or email. Opened a PayPal dispute to get my money back, hopefully I’m successful like the other review. Very unprofessional and just not the way to treat people.
One more note to Mike. Take the Christian symbol off your website. Treating people like this makes Christians look bad.

We booked this service the evening before for morning pick up. No one contacted us so we tried to contact them several times but received no response. We planned to drive if they didn’t show up (not a good sign to begin with, takes away much of the ease of having a car service vs driving yourself). No one showed up! Maybe they’re no longer in business?
Update: I disputed their charge with PayPal and they immediately refunded my money but we never heard from them about what happened.
