What can I say about this place… disgusting as usual it’s a hit and miss, most of the time it’s a strike out, I tried many time to see if the pizzas were improved because you do see different food handlers here come and go, mostly youngster preparing it. Maybe there is something wrong with this little Caesars in this area of the hood where the food handlers just can’t get that type of Pizza to taste like pizza, they either don’t add enough pizza sauce or the dough is tough enough when you bite into it, that it would almost feel as if your teeth are going to be pulled out because the dough or how they mix their ingredients in that dough would harden with hard sticky chewing let’s say after you put it away in the fridge to eat for later. I think the little Caesars ceo’s need to make a surprise visit to this area and taste the failures this pizza joint has brought to the table lol

Worst experience ever, if I can give 0 stars, I would give 0 for Customer Service. Food is great but service is horrible. Ordered Pepperoni Cheese bread on the phone. Came to pick up after 30 minutes, order wasn’t ready, cashier said wait for 5 more minutes, 35 to 40 mins for phone order. Worst part is they gave me the wrong order. Instead of apologizing and saying that she made a mistake, the lady said I told her Cheese Bread instead of Pepperoni Cheese Bread, told her specifically on the phone what I need because this is the second time it happened. First time I went home with a wrong order, this time I checked it and it’s the same thing. I asked the lady what’s her name and she said she can’t give her name, wtf you’re an employee and you should wear a name badge right? By the way she’s the lady with earlobe piercing. She’s is sooooooo rude. First time I felt humiliated by a customer service crew. Will not go back because of the worst experience. First time made this kind of review, not happy with it because I feel bad but I think people should know how crazy their employees are. They need to train people well. Managers should exert extra effort training people with customer service. Customer may not always right but they should handle situations like this in a very professional manner.

Been comming here for years even as a kid my mom would bring us here to pick up pizza and crazy bread. I’ve never had a bad experience here my pizza has always came out fresh and hot. Never has my stomache hurt from the pizza here either haha. The people who work here are very nice too. They have deep dish pizza with bacon which is also good!

I know it’s Little Cesars but geez have some kind of customer service & pizzas in order… Walked in and watched as the workers chatted knowingly that we were waiting at the counter to put our order in. In fact they said looked at us waiting at the counter and continued chatting when asking if any pizzas were ready I was told it would be 15 to 20 mins… For 1 pizza??! Seriously? I thought they have pizzas ready to go. I live up the street and don’t think I’ll ever come back to this one ever again. Spring Valley one at least always has pizzas hot and ready to go…

Horrible customer service period never coming back to this location again, I got a stuff crust pepperoni pizza and the pizza was not cooked and salty as heck called back and the broad said they was closed, I don’t care if u was closed or not I want to speak to an manager and want a refund or replacement pizza… to the chick who answered the phone, u should learn how to use great customer service skills cause I didn’t choose this job for u u did, so if u wanna flip and make pizza for the rest of your life that’s on u just don’t get an attitude with me cause u don’t know how to master at making a pizza.

I was quoted an extra $ 2 for wanting to substitute the pepperoni topping on our deep dish pizza. Fine. Then I was told it would cost an additional $ 1.75 for extra garlic butter on the crazy bread. Say what?! I asked the employee when did they begin charging for extra garlic butter she laughed and replied, «I don’t know, but they charge for everything.» We canceled our order and drove to a further location and got exactly what we wanted without being charged more for either item. I’m not sure why this location chooses to charge more for certain items when neighboring Little Caesar’s clearly don’t. One thing’s for certain… I’m never returning to this location.

Little Caesar has to step there pizza game up because every pizza place now a game have 5 dollar pizza and they make them better then Caesar’s Pizza was average at best had to add my own toppings from home Regardless if you sell cheap pizzas or not take pride in the food you sell to customers

Man… the employees here lack basic communication skills. They’re awkward and struggle to complete a sentence. We ordered on the phone and waited 15 minutes before driving over to pick it up. When we got there the guy at the counter said, «oh… um… it’ll be a couple more minutes… cuz… yeah…» OOOOKAAAAY! we went to the local liquor store to buy some chips and dip while we waited. *warning* This place is sketchy with homeless people roaming around and little high school kids running a muck! Back to little caesars! here’s what we ordered: Deep Dish Pepperoni(2⁄5NEXT!!!) Crazy Bread w/crazy sauce(3⁄5 it’s kinda nasty, but grew up with it) I wanted to try out this deep dish since the only really good deep dish place in South Bay doesn’t have a phone number that works. The deep dish isn’t a deep dish… it’s more like a pan pizza from pizza hut without the texture. The crisp outside of this pizza is similar to eating a stale tortilla chip. Other than that the flavor is your typical $ 5 hot n ready pizza that they offer. It isn’t anything special. It’s simply the same $ 5 pizza with more bread and $ 3 tacked on to it. Not worth it. If you want something better than this then visit your local pizza hut. As for the crazy bread and sauce. I grew up eating the crazy bread so it’s hard for me not to enjoy it, but looking from the outside in it tastes like under baked bread sprinkled with garlic Parmesan. The sauce is more on the sour side if you like it that way. As for the staff… like i said, it’s difficult to communicate with them. They’ll make a confident public speaker feel awkward with the way the engage in conversation.

I wish I could say it was all about the wings, but I can’t. Not when the wings come soggy with skin that has absolutely no crunch. However if you like rubbery skin and have sore molars, these wings will be perfect for you! Really, I ordered 8 of their oven roasted wings. I was hoping to get those nicely breaded wings, but what I got were soft bread less wings with a splashing of sauce. I can’t tell you how disappointed I was, not only when I saw the wings, but let alone bite into them. That was $ 5 down the drain. I wonder if they gave me the wrong wings or something because they were definitely naked,( ) and judge for yourself. Tartar Sauce! I certainly had better…
