Came in at 1:00 pm, lunchtime. Zero pizzas were made and ready, which is what this place is for. One guy working and he started to make my pizza 5 min after I ordered it. Absolute trash.

The first time I came here, the service was terrible. Gave it a second chance and the result was the same. I’m not expecting world class service here. I mean, it’s $ 5 pizzas. I’m just saying, at least acknowledge my existence when I walk in the door. And maybe show a little urgency. It took over 20 min to get a cheese pizza to me! Unacceptable!

It’s another day in San Diego where the weather is in the TRIPLEDIGITS. Stopped for some Crazy Bread for a snack before Dinner. Carbs are something I never refuse. But the good news is… they’re hiring! Big whoop! This location has NOAIRCONDITIONING and it was hotter than a witches t*t on a broomstick in there! Yet the people working were actually running, answering the phone, just to get orders together. It’s no wonder Little Caesars can’t get people to work at this location. I remember coming here last year, and it was the same situation. NOAIRCONDITIONING! I would like to know who the owner of this franchise is because I’m pretty sure putting in air conditioning for your employees would be in their best interest(and yours), considering how low this LC is rated. I’m giving a full five stars based entirely on the very sweet girl who waited on me. First, she was packaging up 5 pizzas for a customer, and there was one lady in front of me, so I was 3rd in line. She gave the customer his pizzas, he left, and the girl employee immediately started to wait on the lady in front of me. The woman asked for a $ 5 pizza. The young working girl told the woman that it would be 15 minutes because there were no ‘Hot & Ready’ pizzas made yet.(The guys in the back WERE making pizzas.) The woman became unglued and said, «Forget it!!!» In a VERYRUDE way to the poor girl working in what I’d imagine a ‘sweat shop’ would be like. Exit customer. My turn. I asked if she had any Crazy Bread and sauce ready and she went to get it. While she was ringing me up, I said to her, «I don’t know how you do it with no A/C in here. That has to be the worst!» She was just so pleasant about it. She said, «You kinda get used to it!» I told her, «I applaud you for being so positive, despite the fact you have to work under these conditions.» And I left with our Crazy Bread. There was not one employee in there who had a bad attitude. Nothing negative from any employee. Whomever owns this franchise, I would love to hear a reply from you. I want to ask you, «Do you value your employees enough to keep them happy by providing better working conditions?» I just can’t believe how badly some people are treated who have no choice.

You have to have reasonable expectations when coming here and if you do you’ll be happy. Is it the best pizza in the world? No. But it’s a great place to get CHEAP and quick pizza, snacks, and soda. You can swing by any time in the afternoon and evening and grab a pizza and crazy bread for about $ 10. They also have wings and cheesy bread too.

Obviously no one comes to Little Caesars for quality pizza. You come here for cheap quick pizza that is ready when you arrive. I came by and got a large pepperoni pizza and an order of crazy bread with marinara sauce. The pizza itself was warm but leaning toward the cold side. The cheese and pepperoni didn’t look melted but more dried up as if it had been sitting out for a while. Again it wasn’t a big deal for me but usually at other locations my pizza looks piping hot. What annoyed me was they didn’t have parmesan cheese. I asked the girl for some and she snapped back«we have none» and went to the back ignoring me. Crazy bread is really what saved my meal. This always hits the spot and at $ 2.99, you can’t beat that.

I know this is Little Caeser’s but I would expect more. We have come to this location 3 times and they have always had a long wait for the hot and readys. It’s never hot and ready but an hour wait. Don’t waste your time with this location.

I love little Cesar’s pizza but this location is not somewhere I will be returning. When I got the pizza it was cold & looked like it had been sitting in oven all day, it tasted stale too. I’m pretty disappointed in this location.

Sorry the blonde chick was the only one on staff for a Sunday, but take that attitude to your manager… not your customers. After hearing rant about it to the guy in line in front if me, she couldn’t have been less enthused to take an order. When I ordered a cheese pizza, she snapped«it’ll take 10 mins» to which I said okay and that earned me a sigh. When the 10 mins were up, she basically just slid the box at me and walked back to the kitchen without a word. Charming!

I called in today to order 2 pizzas for carry out and the lady on the phone sounded irritated immediately! I asked how much my total was and she said she couldn’t give me a total because she would need to ring it in the register! I found this odd… I understand, but I needed to make sure I had enough cash on me! I then asked how much the deep dish pizza was and she said $ 10.99. When I showed up, the lady that rang me up had some issues. Not sure if she was new but it took 10 minutes to get it right! She even went in the back to ask questions! The second time she went to the back, another lady came up front to help her. She said that the meat lover was $ 11.99! She turned around to walk away and I said excuse me but on the phone you said it was $ 10.99! She kept on walking and never acknowledged me! The poor girl at the register was obviously embarrassed! She told me she didn’t know what to do but she had to charge me the $ 11.99 price!!! At that time I asked her what the ladies name was and she said Carla! I am extremely disappointed with how poorly I was treated! Needless to say, my pizzas were cold by the time I got home! I really hope that these two ladies realize how important customer service is! I will reconsider where I go in the future. Thank you for listening.

Hot n Ready? More like rude n it’ll take 10 mins. I’ve been here five times in the past 18 months. Each time it takes a couple minutes for anyone to show up at the counter… Then they tell me there’s nothing hot n ready and it will take 10 minutes. Apology? Smile? Nope, those aren’t ready either. I’m not going to bother with them anymore.

I give this four stars because one should evaluate something for what it is. This is cheap pizza, fast, and generally better than what you would expect for so cheap. They love to boast about $ 5 Hot n’ Ready, which is nice. Me? I go to this location because they do the Deep Dish Pizza with any one topping for just $ 7.53(after tax). Only take 10 – 15 minutes to make, so call as you drive there and it’ll be waiting. The deep dish slices are hearty and either feed more friends, or can be saved and popped in the toaster oven over the next week for leftovers. I have always been helped by cheery employees who seem to actually be happy to work here.

Easily the worst Little Caesars I’ve been to. It’s so bad it inspired me to sign up to Unilocal.Strictly speaking, Little Caesars pizza is easily among my favorite large pizza chains. Their sauce isn’t too sweet, and their pan pizza is something I grew up with in Michigan, so I have fond memories of it. But my last visit at their location on Morena Blvd. left a bad taste in my mouth(no pun intended). First, I tried to order a pan pizza, two different types of wings, and crazy bread over the phone. The young woman took my order all right, but she didn’t get my name before hanging up. I figured, «no worries, maybe she’s in a rush.» I drove to the Little Caesars expecting adequate customer service. Instead, the cashier didn’t know what I had ordered, even though it looked as if the pan pizza I ordered(not one of the Hot N Ready’s) was behind her. It turns out that it was in fact my pizza, but I had to repeat my order for them to ring me up. Even then, they messed it up by giving me only one of the two servings of wings I ordered. When I asked for the other ones, she had to ring me up again! She didn’t make me feel welcome at all, and didn’t upsell, which would have helped since I forgot to ask for sauce for the crazy bread. But that’s not all. After I got home, it turns out that half the wings I received were not the ones I had ordered. Also, there was barely any sauce on my pizza, which was confusing as it was irritating, because if anything, Little Caesars tends to overdo the sauce on their pan pizzas. I ate a few slices, hoping I would learn to enjoy it, but didn’t. Without enough sauce, pizza is glorified cheese bread. I’ve never sent a complaint letter to any business in my life until I sent an e-mail to Little Caesars describing in detail what happened. I was curt but professional. I never received a reply, which demonstrates how responsive they are. It’s too bad. I guess I’ll have to stick with Pizza Hut from now on.

I basically get one thing at Little Ceasars. Crazy Bread. I love Crazy Bread. I used to love it more because they used to be more garlicy, but it’s still a solid snack for $ 2. Pizza here isn’t the best, but for $ 5 I’m not expecting a gourmet meal.
