Granted, I don’t have much experience with locksmiths, I’ve only needed their services a few times in my life and I must say, this is the only time I was compelled to review one. Castle was FANTASTIC, he fit me in on a busy Saturday and was right on time, even though we both travelled over 30 miles to get to the house. His prices are very reasonable and he didn’t try to scam me into bogus costs and knows what he is doing. you can’t go wrong. It’s refreshing to find a young man running a small business so efficiently and with such integrity. Like a doctor he came with all of his tools and instruments and went to work right away and re-keyed nearly a dozen locks for a house and was done within an hour and waited while I tested every lock to make sure I was fully satisfied. Very impressive! Plus he was tidy, clean and smelled good too. I’d use him again in a heartbeat… highly recommend these guys!

When did I realized that I forgot my keys in the car? The moment after I closed the damn door. It took the guy less than a minute to get the door open and I dont want to tell you how much it cost me for him to do that. Im in the wrong business.

The quote was $ 40 minimum to pop a lock and prices would cost more if it involved replacing the lock. We were pressed for time and they promised that they would be at home in 15 minutes since they were down the block and this was the best quote that we got. It took them about 30 minutes to get here. The locksmith was deft and took about 5 minutes to pop the lock. Then came shocker: the locksmith claimed that $ 150 was the minimum charge. We couldn’t get any response from the Locksmith Plus number and the locksmith insisted on $ 150 so we ended up paying. Avoid this business at all costs. There are better locksmiths in the UTC area who are more honest with their pricing.
