Longevity Acupuncture

I met Kareen while she was driving me home with Über! I was rear ended several months ago & my Dr. prescribed acupuncture for the pain. The first session with Kareen eliminated my neck pain! Now seeing Kareen on a regular basis & I feel great. She’s a licensed acupuncturist & really knows her stuff. Her office is clean and uncluttered and best of all located in nearby Mission Valley. I was very apprehensive having little experience with acupuncture and a great fear of needles. Kareen was OUTSTANDING! She took the time I needed to explain things to me and build trust between us. She was very professional, ensuring she had an extensive understanding of my aliments before she started treating anything.
I have been dealing with severe neck pain of unknown origin. Aside from chronic pain, my mobility had been restricted to only one side. I have been undergoing chiropractic treatments for several months with little to no relief. After a single treatment of acupuncture and cupping, the pain was gone and my mobility restored.

Some of the best healthcare professionals I’ve experienced tend to use more than one modality to treat pain and ailments. I woke up one morning with a sharp pain in my right wrist and had no idea what had caused it. As a massage therapist, I need my hands to work.
Kareen was able to treat the pain with a combination of acupuncture and tui na. After the treatment, the pain was gone in minutes and it never came back. I never found out exactly what caused it, but Chinese medicine was an effective treatment at the time. I was able to get back to work the next day.

Kareen is an amazing practitioner! I came in to see her after a terrible car accident that left me with horrible back pain for over a month.
