This place is always super busy, but the customer service is always great. I got the Mediterranean chicken salad which was delicious. Maria and the rest of the crew was super!

My favorite lunch place. I order the spring arugula salad with chicken. It’s yummy and very healthy. The chicken is really juicy and tasty. This is our go-to lunch place in the office. The staff is really friendly too.

We placed a catering order for our work and from the time we ordered to the time our food arrived, seamless service. I would like to thank Jonathan S. for his attentiveness. He assisted us in setting the food in place and was so pleasant. Thank you Jonathan for serving us with a smile!

Love the Freshness of Luna Grills food! The spicy Feta is really tasty! I like to get the mixed plate with chicken and meat. The ONLY thing I didn’t really care for was the dressing… on the salad. next time I’ll get it without as it’s not needed.

I really enjoy dining here at Luna Grill, I’ve been here at least 4 times and most of my experiences here are pleasant. The cashiers and servers here are friendly, no complaints there. The dining room is usually clean and seating is only hard to find during the lunch and dinner rush. The food here is somewhat consistent, I would say for sure the meat is always the same. Flavorful and cooked well. The ride on the other hand have ranged from amazeballs to tasteless, which makes me sad, but I’d choose rice over salad any day. Also, I once came here with my bf and he ordered the gyro quesadilla with no tomatoes and he did end up getting little chopped up tomatoes in it, in which he had to pick out. On a random note, I love that they have Cherry Coke here! They’re cucumber yogurt dip is ADDICTING! Lastly, it can get rather loud with the music and amount of people inside, and they also have a rather«open» kitchen, so don’t say I never warned you!

There’s a Luna Grill by my house, which I go to on rare occasions just because it’s expensive, so coming to this Luna Grill I already knew what to expect. I went here with my sister and her boyfriend because they wanted to eat something pretty healthy. I got the gyro quesadilla with fries, even though regularly I get the chicken kebab combo, and it was surprisingly really good. My sister said she would get this all the time before, so I’m glad I got to try it out. It’s a pretty good amount of food, so I was able to eat half and save the other half for a later meal. My sister ended up getting the chicken kebab, and her boyfriend got a gyro! They both ended up finishing their food. There’s indoor and outdoor seating! When we went, we got lucky and were able to snatch a table as a family was leaving because it was so packed(on a Wednesday night). No complaints at all, though. All of us were satisfied with our meals. It is a bit pricey, but the portions are great, the food is fresh and tasty, and the people are kind.

Floors are super dirty. I came in to eat and the floor is slippery, greasy and full of crumbs everywhere. I told the manager and she laughed. I guess she thinks it’s funny.

Love the service. Tyler was really cool. The food here is delicious! Really recommend the gyros plate with grilled tomatoes. The light fixtures really intrigued my girlfriend. She was in love with their design, and it had a nice atmosphere.

Firstly, the location of this place is great. Right in the complex of IKEA and Costco. So if you are on a major shopping trip, it is a good option for a quick bite or lunch. They have ample seating inside and outside which is a plus in such a big complex. The food is made-to-order which is great considering the fast service. However the food itself was underwhelming for me. We got the spicy cilantro hummus with sliced veggies. While the veggies were fresh, the hummus itself was strictly ok. Really need more flavor. I also got the falafel wrap on a lavash bread with fries. The lavash bread was not good and the falafel itself though moist inside again lacked flavor. They fries that came along were fine. All in all, I will be back if I am in that complex, but this is not really a place where in I would go specially to eat the food.

LOVE this spot. Awesome for lunch or dinner. The chicken plate, beef kabob plate & Greek salad are my absolute favs! The spicy hummus is a MUST with chips for an app and the portions for everything are massive so don’t let your tummy get the best of you!

This place is always PACKED! I order take out most of the time just because it’s faster! They are usually pretty clean and have some great food! Their hummus in the other hand wasn’t that amazing for a place that should have outstanding Greek foods. But other than that you are pretty good on their signature plates and salads because they definitely don’t mess around with their meats! The staff is friendly and attentive to you during your experience and strive for perfection. Parking is usually hard to find because there is the Starbucks and a few other restaurants in that corner so expect to circle or park a good walk away. All in all I like this place for their food and service.

Personally I am not a big fan of Mediterranean food, so that’s part of the reason why I give 4⁄5 stars. They have a variety of healthy Mediterranean options. Normally I get their salad and it tastes pretty good. I’ve also had one of their meat and rice dishes, but I thought it was a little bland. All of the menu items seem healthy and are served at a decent size. However I thought the prices were a little on the high side.

This place is severely understaffed for a week day lunch. After waiting in line for 10 minutes to order I walked out. While waiting I saw: — Several people waiting at tables waiting for their food. — A server bring the wrong order to the wrong table.(Every seated person has a number sign for their order) — A line of 12 people behind me waiting to order. — A to go order for $ 181.00 get rung up on the register while no one was taking orders for in house patrons. People must like the food. Nothing’s worth that wait.

Options, options, options. When they let you choose between rice or fries, you know you’re at the right place. I had the chicken kabob plate. Comes with salad, fries, chicken, and pita. Everything was so good, I cleared the plate quickly. The chicken was super tender and juicy, the fries were crispy and warm. I actually ate the salad first, and saved the fries for last. The order was very fast, the delivery of the food took a bit longer. I do understand that it’s chicken they’re cooking though. So it needs to be throughly cooked. You order at the counter and pay before given a number and finding a seat. It was such a nice day that I chose outdoor seating. It’s in a very busy shopping center but I’m sure parking won’t be hard to find.

SD chain, general Mediterranean food. Always get the gyro and fries with extra tzatziki. And like a Greek should, the fries go in the gyro. Can’t really knock this place bc there’s really no good Greek restaurants in San Diego. FWIW it satisfies my craving when I’m lunching during the work week. Even though I put my order online ahead of time, still had to wait a while for my food. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of online ordering almost an hour ahead? I’ll still be back for convenience sake.

I went to Luna Grill after having worked up an appetite studying at the Mission Valley library. I love Mediterranean food and was looking for a healthy option nearby. The staff was really friendly, the restaurant was clean, and there was a beautiful display of desserts under the counter(which I did not try). I also really liked having the patio virtually to my self and not feeling rushed… and I was able to eat my lunch and quietly study for over an hour. However, the food just was uninteresting, and I thought it was slightly expensive for what I got. I ordered the Mahi Mahi plate. The the Mahi was cooked well, there just was not that much of it… and I really felt that most of my meal was rice. Though my experience there was a positive one, I would probably not return. If I did, I would probably try one of their wraps, or something without rice.

I had an appointment in the area and was starving. I Unilocaled up nearby places and this sounded good. I walked in and was greeted with a crazy big line. I almost turned around and walked back out, but I’m also lazy about searching up alternatives so I stuck it out. Twenty minutes later I finally got up to the counter. Yes, you read that right. Maybe don’t come here during lunch hour, or call your order in like all the smart locals. It was crowded, there were no tables available inside after I had placed my order. I sat on the bench to wait for my to go food. The service here was friendly. They could’ve used a second person taking orders though and answering phones. I had waited forever in line only to be asked to wait longer so she could take a quick phone order before she helped me. I get that it’s part of her job, but I was standing there for 20 minutes waiting, so it was a little annoying. I will say that once I was able to place my order, it only took about 10 minutes to get my food, and they brought it out to me, which was nice. I ordered the chicken kabob plate with grilled carrots and an order of the spinach pie. I’m such a spinach fanatic. Some weirdo recently told me to lay off the spinach, the nerve! Just cause you have an MD after your name doesn’t mean you know what’s best for my kidneys, bro. The chicken kabob was good. It was tender and nicely flavored. It came with basmati rice, salad, pita bread, and your choice of grilled tomatoes or carrots. I opted for the carrots and I’m glad I did because they were my favorite part of the plate. I could’ve eaten way more of those sweet, delicious grilled carrots. Let’s talk about that handcrafted spinach pie though. Ooo was it flaky and ooo was it just the right amount of salty. Yesss, full of spinach and feta cheese, baked to crispy perfection. I don’t care who tells my doctor about it, I gobbled those bad boys down and you can’t make me feel bad about it. I’d definitely return for more of them too. I agree with other Unilocalers that price points are a bit high here. With the exception of the spinach pie, haha, back off that one, it’s priced just fine at $ 6 for two big pieces.

Stopped by after an intense workout at the gym hungry and ready to eat. It was very hot outside and the place had low A/C which was irritating but bearable. You order your food and then sit down. Interior was very clean with booths and chairs. I thought the salad prices were decent until I realized that the salads didn’t include meat yet. An extra($ 3 – 6) for meat which is a bit pricy for Greek fast food.(See picture for menu prices). I had the Mediterranean salad and the bf got the gyro plate. Food: +Mediterranean Salad($ 10.50): I quickly ordered without reading the menu as close because I was super hungry. I realized after ordering that the salad included«COUSCOUS.» It was also 700+ calories for the salad which made me eager to change my order but it was too late. I was not a fan of the couscous, granulated grounded pasta. 70% of the salad was basically couscous so I didn’t enjoy it at all. The house vinaigrette was plain, nothing special. Chicken was marinated in lemon but also bland too. Ehhh, I was just picking at my salad. Never ever want to have couscous in my salad again but it was my fault for not reading the menu. +Gyro Plate($ 10.50): Your basic gyro plate. Meat was seasoned but not as flavorful. Huge portion which can be shared. Better than the salad but not good enough to bring me back.
