I am very saddended to write this but
The Manchu Wok in Fashion Valley has been taken over by Panda express.
Panda is good and all but it’s no Manchu

I’d say it’s a Panda wannabe. But hey, the food tastes okay to me. But they aren’t nearly as generous with their portions as Panda. And their noodles are different looking. Hmm… mysterious. Anyway, they’re cheaper so its okay I guess. And they have the best tasting tap water out of any of the places in the food court. So yeah there.

Redding, CA
One of a few contendors for your dollah at the food court in Fashion Valley. It’s pretty much a panda express although the chow mein and rice aren’t as good… but close! (and they don’t pile it on as high). I recommend the honey ginger chicken, a nice change from the mandarin chicken, but, if you haven’t had enough of that, they have the exact same tasting mandarin chicken as the panda but with a little less of «da spicey».
This place has since closed down, a victim of the times.
