Very delicious fish and shrimp tacos! $ 1 for a fish taco and 2.25 for a shrimp taco. Wait wasn’t long. I haven’t waited more than 7 minutes even though 2 or 3 people have been ahead of me. Let’s add that my co-​workers and I had it 2 days in a row. Like they say in Yo Gabba Gabba, «try it, you’ll like it.»

Longest wait EVER! Probably the last time I’m coming here. Waited 10 minutes to order (being the first in line!) Another 20 waiting for my food. I’m not even hungry anymore by that time. For a lonchera it’s a ridiculous amount of waiting time and the lady who took the order looked like she was fed up and over it. Very close to my house but I’d rather drive somewhere else.

Serious great fish tacos! The fish comes straight from the oil so do take time biting right in. I found, contrary to other reviews, the service is fine. I eat there once a week it seems and never a problem or concern with the portions and the quality.

Good fish tacos from a food truck. i havent tried anything else.

Tenia antojo de tacos y estaba esta lonchera de camino a donde ibamos y decidimos llegar mi abue y yo, ella pidió taco de camarón enchilado y un taco de pescado, yo un taco gobernador y un taco de pescado, el enchilado tanto como el gobernador. estuvieron 2 – 3 (el enchilado estuvo realmente picosito) el que esperaba sin menos sabor era el de pescado… pero que sorpresa! Fue el mejor! Me gusto y a mi abue también, lo que le fallo fue que la tortilla la tostaron un poco, pero aun así tenia muy buen sabor, los tacos no tienen nada de presentación pero preferible feo y bueno… que bonito y malo :)

This truck blows the foot long. I’ve tried it 3 times now to make sure it wasn’t just an anomaly in the Matrix, and the evidence is now built up well enough for me to decimate the defense. The last time I went will unfortunately literally be the last time I went. I tried the large campachena (mixed seafood) cocktail. But let’s back it up a bit. There were several people ahead of me in line, which is all good. But whoever was doing the prep was lagging like crazy, so I must have spent at least 30 minutes with 3 people in front of me. Thank goodness that the person behind me was a smoking hot Latina wearing daisy dukes. Seeing that perfection was worth at least 20 minutes by itself. The hot Latina asked the guy in the truck if they had consommé (soup which almost all other trucks/​Mexican seafood places give out for free.) Of course he said no. Someone asked for more spicy onions, woman said they ran out. At 2 PM? One other thing that irked me was that the person who was taking the orders was a straight up Gringo. I could almost bet she couldn’t speak Spanish. Call it reverse discrimination, racism, or whatever PC nonsense term you can think of, but it was just weird. I finally get my food and burn out of the parking lot in my Hybrid and head back home (1 mile away).
Seafood cocktail– The juice was decent (Clamato and lime, you can’t really screw that up) but the seafood was practically minced, I didn’t see any whole pieces of seafood in the entire thing. And there was not a lot of the minced stuff at that. These people should be ashamed of themselves, charging 15 dollars for minced canned seafood in Clamato.
Tortillas-​Hard enough to chip a tooth on. Would it hurt to get new ones every week or so!!!
Habanero hot sauce– Pink in color and the taste was excellent. So if you are thinking of coming here, ask them for the habanero hot sauce to go. When they ask you what else you want, tell them «Nothing! Just the sauce bro.»

My Baby wanted fish tacos and like I said before these are convenient only one thing, the tax or foam plate fee went up? Wow :0 AHHHHHH! Well I guess its ok they do add a whole handful of cabbage now LOL!
Oh yeah they now offer «Birria Tacos» at $ 2 each maybe I’ll try them one day but today they didn’t sound to convincing. I managed to snap a picture other than the hideous Mermaid that we currently have on Unilocal.Please check out the face on that mermaid and you’ll know what i mean:)
I like mermaids but why would anyone draw a fugly one? I’m just saying LOL humor me and take a close look at it if you stop by :)

Yum!!! You can not beat their $.99 fish taco! Get off the freeway and grab some. Easy access on amd off. They are delicious!

I always get the fish tacos!!! They are good the trick is to eat there 99 cents or take out 1.25… I dont eat anything else because I do think that that is over priced!

I did not like the service, the wait nor the portion size or the price. Ohh and the food. What a joke… Can I get some real ceviche with an actual fried tostada shell. not the ones you buy pre-​made at any local store… ha northgate is a million times better than this place!
Stay clear. Worst taco truck yet… BLEH
