Must try this place! So this is not a regular massage. This is stretching your muscles and relieving aches and pains. I asked for «relaxing» massage and that’s exactly what I got. Pookie was incredible! She paid very close attention to my bodies reaction and didn’t press too far. She stretched my muscles by twisting and stretching my arms legs and back. She used the bars above to walk on my legs and back. Feel completely energized walking out.

Wow !!! I was not knowing what to expect. This angel massaged and stretched my body. It was painful wonderful and needed.
If you are in need of a deep massage, look no further. Clean facilities, polite employees, fast checkout and parking.
May come back next week!!! Let me see tomorrow how sore I am!

Just had the most incredible deep tissue massage with «Mon». I had a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder. I’m also a runner and was in need of a deep tissue massage I order to work out all my knots. She did an amazing job. This was my first deep tissue massage that incorporated her holding onto bars from the ceiling in order for her to use her feet. It was so much better than a typical hand deep tissue massage. This place was nice and legit. I will definitely be going back regularly.

No joke, this place is amazing. Best Thai massage I’ve ever had.
I went with two friends this afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed my massage by Pookie. She worked on my problem areas and made sure all of my knots were gone. I wanted to fall asleep in the bed when I was finished. The massage was that good.
With these unbelievably cheap prices I would schedule multiple massages a month. I paid $ 40 cash for a 60 minute massage. In the Bay Area, the prices are twice as much. I’m just sad I don’t live in the area to go here regularly. Next time I visit SD I will definitely make an appointment with Pookie.

I am so glad I started coming here. I was looking for a massage that not only relaxed me but also relieved my body aches and stress. Deep tissue and Swedish massages are lovely, but I am absolutely hooked on Thai massage.
The massage therapists I have had have all been excellent. Everyone has been very kind, professional and accommodating.
I am so happy I found this place! I highly recommend checking them out for yourself. :)

My god, these little ladies pack a punch and I love it! I’ve tried other places and nothing compares.
Every masseuse has her own style depending on the pressure you request (light medium and hard)
I have been here many times and I always leave satisfied.
Thai massages are similar to yoga. Don’t come here expecting some light touching Swedish massage. They stretch you out and knees knots but that’s what makes this place great!

I just had a Thai Massage with Lada. She really knows how to move her weight around! She checked in with me during the massage to make sure the tempo and pressure was just right. It was the best combination of deep tissue massage and stretch I’ve had in a very long time.
I love the location. Parking is plentiful and the price — $ 40(For an awesome 1 hour deep tissue massage) you can’t beat that.

Got a great massage from Cathy. Ambiance was nice, quiet, and relaxing. Cathy really got all the knots out of my back. The first part of the massage was really hard but it plateaued to something more moderate. Had a great experience and I will definitely be coming back.

This is my third time at this location. One hour massage is $ 40 cash or $ 45 card. My massages have been out of this world every time. I normally leave a $ 20 tip. Sometimes, my masseuse goes over the 60 minutes and my masseuse never expects extra pay or says all done right at the 60-​minute mark. Each take their time and make sure the customer is satisfied.
The masseuse’s are very professional and they always ask me if I have any injuries, which spots are bugging me to focus on and if the pressure is too hard or too light.
I absolutely love the masseuse, Shirley. If you are looking for great customer service and a spot to get all your knots out this is the spot for you!

I used to go to the Linda Vista location and I thought they gave me the best massage. I came here yesterday because of my neck and shoulder pains. They have a deal of $ 35 cash when you go on this location during Monday-​Thursday. Rada (I think) was the name of the lady who did my massage, and she is legit! Let’s say i think she got magic hands or actually magic feet lol since she used more foot technique! All my knots and shoulder pains are gone and feel better today! It was kinda painful when she was doing the massage but i loved it. You are always free to tell your masseuse the level of pressure u want. I think both locations gave me the best massage though i think i will go back to this one now on my next one. They are more spacious and i like how Rada gave me a whole body massage and then concentrate on my shoulder. What a relief! Thank you!!!

I love this place! It is very close to my house (only a mile away). I am a very busy mother, wife and business owner who works from home so tend to need to come here often. My favorite gal is Shirley who gives the best massage — not too intense and not too gentle. I highly recommend and if you pay cash, you get a discount. Text is the best way to reach and secure an appointment which works great for me. With a crazy toddler, yappy dog and balancing home/​work life, a call is sometimes so impossible.

this is my third visit to massage thai way, but my first time at this new location.
an hour massage is $ 40 if you pay in cash. it is suggested on their website that you tip $ 10, but after the bodywork i had, i tipped double this amount.
chris is a petite asian man, but his strength is unbelievable. his massage was therapeutic and enjoyable, yet firm. i really appreciate a deep-​tissue massage that addresses all the knots and kinks; even if it’s not the kind of massage that makes you sleepy/​relaxed.
will definitely return!

I’ve been going to the Massage Thai Way Linda Vista location for the past few years, but started going to the Mission Gorge location this year. I found I prefer the elevated beds at the Mission Gorge location.
Recently, Massage Thai Way on Mission Gorge hired a new massage therapist named Champagne. Champagne uses a variety of different pressures and techniques during therapy sessions. At times the massage is gentle and at other times quite strong. The variety in pressure helps ease stress and makes for a relaxing massage.
All of the therapists are great, but Champagne is on another level. She’ll have you walking out feeling drunk.

First time i tried Thai massage and for two hours, i think i dozed off a little bit. It felt great and relaxing and they’ll ask you where do you want your massage to concentrate on, for me it’s the back and legs so that’s what i got. Before the massage ended we did a series of stretches and i felt like i’m ready to go to sleep afterwards. It was a great feeling unfortunately this massage place is a bit far from where i live, i just came here since i was in the area at that time.

I’ve been here four times thus far. And it’s definitely worth the money. And trumps American standard massages.
Every masseuse’s strength and technique varies. One of the masseuse I had was new because I was in the couple room and she kept on watching/​mimicking the other masseuse who was massaging my boyfriend.
I know her name but won’t put her on blast. But my lower back hurt so much since leaving her. She was stepping on my tailbone with all her weight (not the best experience).
I called and told the manager, Ken and he
scheduled me a complimentary massage with someone more experienced. Although, he occasionally would schedule a time then postpone it (annoying). It was still nice he heard my complaint and tried to make up for it.
