I just used Matt again for another property in La Jolla and he has really stepped up his game. I truly can’t imagine using anyone else in Ca and I have been all over the state in regards to investment properties. This guy is dialed!

When we ran into issues on the lending side, Matt really went to bat for us to ensure every detail was covered — including working with a backup lender in case things fell apart. When one lender backed out (for a ridiculous reason), we were set with a backup that fell right into place. His knowledge, foresight, attention to detail and experience paid dividends.
I will be recommending Matt to anyone I come across in need of a Realtor who truly makes the client feel like a top priority!
