Basic McDonald’s. Small and simple. The service is pretty quick

Workers are rude… Foods always good but the workers. And it’s kinda annoying how sometimes here open and sometimes there closed at night. They aren’t consistent.

Minimal selection of food. Its not even that great, I would usually come here when I don’t have anywhere to go or I am tired of going to other places. Service was still the same, I don’t why their service is bad wherever I go. I think this is a tradition for them.

I’ve never reviewed a fast food restaurant, but the service I received here was exceptional. The manager on duty was Chase; a young guy, but one that surely knows the meaning of customer service. I’ll be back!

McDonald’s is McDonald’s, but they forgot my fries one day and overcharge me for fries another.

I gotta say, I really love this MacDonald’s. Most MacDonald’s are the same, a place to eat but not feel at home, but the employees of this one really make it great. I asked once, and apparently they’re the best rated MacDonald’s in San Diego for customer service. The manager really made it a thing to hire nice people. That’s it, they’re really nice. It’s not something you really think about when you eat at fast food, but when you go to this one, you’ll definitely notice the difference. A lot of older employees actually. A lot of kids work here too, but a disproportionate amount of older people, and I wonder if that’s the source of the«nice people» vibe. They all seem really kind. Richard is my personal favorite. In the mornings a group of elderly people meet up at this location for coffee, a bite, and good conversation. The reason I know that is that I asked after seeing it multiple times(and noted as a friendly sort of vibe I usually get in diners with a group of regulars and early birds), and they said they just really like it here. And I think that’s a testament to how nice it is at this MacDonalds. It’s just nice. This place is always clean as well. Read some other review about it smelling bad, and I really have no idea what that was about. I mean, coffee is cheap, a buck any size so you can’t beat it, but other than that the food is standard fast food fair. The only reason I don’t give this place 5 stars is that the food isn’t that great, but it is fast food. I don’t go looking for a fancy meal. Overall, very nice MacDonald’s, very nice indeed. :)

I don’t know if they aren’t busy enough but I’ve gone to this location on several occasions and all the food has been over salted and luke warm. Their parfaits are only half full and barely have fruit that is still frozen. They are quick and nice the food just stinks

This is based of their hours alone. There are several nights a week that this place is completely closed before midnight. Like lights out and everything. Signs on every window stating that the drive thru is open 24 hours. It’s a lie. They won’t even post a sign at the drive thru Windows letting you know they can’t figure out how to staff their own restaurant.

Walked in here with my husband for a filetofish and walked out without buying anything because of the horrendous smell. Smelled like a toilet.

Apparently this McDonalds, which I have been going to for years, now has a drive through tax. Maybe they’ve always had it before and I’ve never noticed, but today I noticed and was angry. My TOTAL purchase on the screen came out to 11.57. I paid 20.57 expecting to get 9 bucks back. I received 8. When I informed them they told me of the additional drive through tax. That is some BS right there! Don’t tell me the total purchase and then all of a sudden add the tax when I go to pay. That is some shady business practice…

I think this McD’s had the quickest drive thru for any McD’s I’ve visited. I was passing thru, literally in a hurry, and I was concerned that there were 3 cars ahead of me. Seriously, as I pulled in, all 3 cars were moving up and all the way through the drive thru. Damn, that was fast! I ordered the mighty 6pc kids meal, was given my total, paid at the first window, and by the 2nd window my food was waiting for me. I think the whole drive thru transaction seriously took like 3 mins. WHAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! Unheard of, esp for a McDs at lunchtime!

Like the food and the staff here are very friendly. Glad to see that one of the older lady is not there anymore. She was rude to customers. The place seems to be better without her. They do need to keep up with their bathroom. Toilets are dirty most of the time and it smells. The place smells like sewer when you come in which is not good if your trying to enjoy your Macmeal The Best McDonald place to eat is at Camp Pendelton. That McDonald is spotless top to bottom. Which is the way a fast food restaurant should be. I should know, I used ti work in fast food restaurants and regular high end restaurants. The three star is for cleanliness. It need a bit of work in that area.

The manager here is the sweetest guy ever. I ordered a couple sandwiches and even though I didn’t order a drink, he offered me water or coffee. I turned it down but I found a cup of water on my tray when my order was up, anyways. I asked for no pickles or onions on my cheeseburger and they were on the burger, but I don’t even care!

I stop by here all the time for iced coffee since I live close by. They’re always fast, whether I’m in the drive through or I walk inside, and they are friendly. The only negative is the occasional homeless person outside.

The only reason why this MCDYS gets 2 stars its for it’s location about a couple of blocks away from my house. BU they are constantly getting the order wrong, a bunch of ppl who barely speak English and one lady who is a supvr or used to be tried to curse me out in spanish one time, then there is the older guy that used to work there who had the nerve to approach my sister and ask about me and say isnt she the one who sleeps with so and so and in all hoesty just because the other girls are jealous he talks to me all the time started a rumor. First off I do not date any other race other then Afro American and they have seen me with my bf countless times. Yes I’m white but really this place is DRAMACENTERAL. I’d be lying if I said most of the guys that wor here are kinda of creepy but there are two ppl I hope never leave and no it’s not the guy they all think I slept with(and I didn’t) Thats the older lady who is the order taker in the mornings an a new sweet heart guy I wish I knew his name. But most of the ppl working here including the managers are just losers. The over night crew is pretty chill tho. But during the day I don’t recomeend it because they are constantly getting orders wrong. I only go here bc its super close to my house and job. The creeper who everyone supposedly thinks I slept with has been transfered thank God and same with the old man who approached my sister. Sorry I’m not a hoe and sorry I’m not a drama queen like these losers. P.S If you can’t speak English then you shouldn’t be working customer service or making food if you can’t read English!

I brought my son in this morning for breakfast before school. The guy working the cash register is a little«slow» and when he asked me for the money I set it on the counter in front of him. half way through our meal he accuses me of not paying. Are you kidding me?!? And then he got the manager involved as well. I didn’t even get my change back come to think of it. I’ll never be back. They need more mentally capable employees.

For my Duchess Review… short and sweet… McDonald’s is McDonald’s. Open 24 Hours. Here’s a tip: if you want hot fresh french fries order it with no salt. Lol. then ask for a salt packet. People here are always nice. Rock On McDonalds!

I feel weird reviewing a McDonald’s but this place has by far the best Barista at any McDonald’s I have been to. She usually works every morning shift during the week and I honestly get excited when I know she is making my Iced Caramel Coffee. I don’t know why it is so hard to make at the numerous other Mc’Ds I have been to. But most of the time at other places it comes full of ice, cream and sugar with like literally ZERO coffee in it. This place though… delicious. As I said she seems trained as a Barista. She seems to understand what tastes good and what tastes like crap. I honestly go out of my way to go to this McDonald’s to get coffee, and I avoid a few others with a passion!

I’m loving it! My little guy loves to head out over here. It is just like all other McDonald’s. I did not have any problems with the order, and most of the staff spoke English. The food is hot and delicious! I think that I should order more. You know how it goes the more you eat the more you have to work out. Z is chomping his food down. Clean Bathrooms as well as the main room. This is a good pace to let your hair down and get your grub on. Cheers
