McDonald’s

Should have known better then to go to McDonald’s, but had to get to work and was hungry. Should have left after I saw that this location charged more for everything than any other McDonald’s I have been to. when I got my receipt I saw that I was charged even more for my food then the menu stated. Told the cashier in drive thru, she said well they are this much now, I explained that the menu sign said diffrent, she got all huffy and said well you’re going to have to wait for my manager. I told her that just give me my change back, wasn’t a huge deal. she then proceeded to yell at me saying, you don’t get to tell me what to do and talk to me like that. I drove up to the other window to get my food, ignoring the horrible cashier. I asked for the Manger and she gave me my change, but seemed uninterested in the customer service lack of quality of her cashier and walked away from me as I was still talking. this took place on 2÷1÷16 at 8 am
Won’t be going back, the manager is obviously the problem. but hey let’s go ahead and reward this kind of service with 15hr

What can I say it’s McDonalds and it’s bad for you. Mostly just what you would expect. The place was clean for the most part. Once again with my wife and we just stopped for breakfast. Anyway the total was like 19.00. Well my wife went up to the counter she wanted a little more syrup. She was told that she was only allowed one syrup. I guess this employee feels that if you have more than one syrup it would upset the fate of the free world. Anyway after having my wife come back to the table a little bit upset I thought I would give it a try. I walked up and asked for more syrup and you would have thought I asked for the launch codes of the United States missiles. After stating my request one more time it was a kind of stand off. After what seemed like an eternity the employee relented and handed over the syrup. And once again all was right in the world and the wife was happy again. My wife states that she will never go back there again as for me, I will return I can’t stay away from the golden arches.

Really, not a single napkin in my bag at the drive-​through window?

I went to the drive thru on Tuesday at about 1230 pm
I ordered 2 large fat free iced caramel lattes
They not only took forever but they gave me 2 medium, no flavor and no milk!!!
I told them that I ordered large and they had the nerve to argue with me. Then I showed them the receipt and it actually said ‘medium’ I told them that I ordered a large so I’ll pay the difference
They gave me such attitude and then I told them that the coffees they were about to give me looks gross since they did not put milk in there

Had me pulled over to the side, THEY TOOK MY RECEIPT and wouldn’t give it back!

Pretty unfriendly service. Girl taking orders was making fun of me to her coworker while I ordered and they were switching shifts. I get that you dislike your job, doesn’t mean you have any right to belittle someone you don’t even know. I complained and was just told, «huh, that’s weird, I don’t know :)» by another employee. Also, I live nearby so I’ve been numerous times, 50% of the time they forget something, so please check before you drive home. Some of the employees are friendly and go above and beyond, but this girl and the inaccuracies just left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m switching to the McDonald’s on university ave.

The lady at the window for the drive through tonight was so rude. There was only one car ahead of us when we got there and they were already at the pick up window when we pulled up to order. All I ordered was a smoothie and we ended up waiting behind the people ahead us for 15 – 20 min and once I finally got my smoothie it was already melted and was only half way filled.

This McDonalds okay but its in a super busy area and it seems like it is sometimes hard for them to keep up. Also, the cashier is strangely outside for the drive through instead of inside (I don’t know if this makes a difference but they seem super uncomfortable and unhappy) and I have not run into anyone yet that was nice or welcoming… but it wasn’t terrible either.

Complete and utter garbage. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Time and time again, they not only screw up my order, but give us nasty, stale ass fries and the last time they told me I would have to return the next day after 11 pm to talk to a manager.

I stop by here every now and again for some food on the go. The food is hit or miss but there’s one cashier Kristen who is always such a sweet heart and gives amazing customer service! She displays the characteristics of a perfect employee and delivers the epitome of great customer service!

Miserable service and the woman who took our order had an attitude. Two of the three items we ordered were not in stock. Lame

Wow. I hate horrible service. Especially AFTER I had to wait 10 minutes (no exaggeration) in the drive thru!
I left ready to munch on my food, check the bag, missing burger! So i have to drive BACK to McDonald’s… And the guy hives me an attitude as if I was wrong. After they found out they had meased up he blamed it on the another employee. This wjole ordeal tpok anout 25 mins (not so FAST Food). I simply asked for fries whih was an opportunity for them to salvage a bad experience. He told me «We cannot do that» I returned with «but you guys can charge me for an item I never recieved?» He again said they cannpt do that.

Quick, friendly, fast service — what you come to expect from a fast food joint.
This location is on the older side and is due for an upgrade — so if you’re looking for that classic look, this is the place.
The staff overall is good, walk-​in and drive through service is exactly what you expect.
Now when dining in its another story as the store has a lot of seating which is unfortunately taken by people doing work, or just spending extended periods there.

This McDonalds is in a clutch location. Unfortunately it’s also clutch for many other people.
I personally like it because it’s close to work and since the employees experience a large number of customers daily, they tend to be on their A-​game all the time. Admittedly, I’ve only been here for breakfast and I’ve had my food in hand pretty quickly every time. Sometimes you just need that pre-​work sausage and egg mcmuffin with egg and a black coffee to flush out any impurities you might have lingering in your stomach from last nights debauchery, and this is the place to get that.
On a side note, the students and the neighborhood-​encompassing homeless people sometimes make it difficult to find a seat or to eat without anybody being obnoxiously loud. For the record, I’ve seen a guy pouring a Budweiser bottle into a cup for outside consumption as well as students throwing food at themselves… Not sure which one was worse. Either way, I’ll be back here soon.

Food was over cooked. Fish tasted like it had been re-​fried. Fries were over cooked and burnt.
Skip it and eat and home. NEVER will we stop here again.

I came here over the weekend and ordered $ 22 worth of food. Sounds like a lot right? Well, it wasn’t enough. I had explosive diarrhea and was spewing out of every hole, except my ears lol. McDonalds food is not very high quality.

Fast friendly service. Loses a star because of the people who come inside… not good.

O stars. Black lady tried to double charge me. Said 45 $ but it was only 25. Asked twice. Wow! Scandalous. That’s why ur reviews are horrible. Got home and had no ketchup when I asked for extra ketchup!

I would not normally review a fast food joint, but the Park Boulevard location of McDonald’s really stands out for excellent (SURPRISE!) service.
Management must be doing something right, because the last four times I’ve been here in recent weeks, the cashiers are always pleasant, friendly, and helpful. As if they just started their 8.5 hour shift and aren’t dog tired or annoyed, as is often the case if you wander into other fast food restaurants.
The sandwiches are also usually not lopsided, as often is the case at McD’s, where speed is emphasized over presentation/​quality. Having worked at McD’s in my youth, I know all about their quest to lower customer TTL’s (total time in line).
My last egg mcmuffin here tasted truly fresh and my driving companion even noted that upon seeing it she regretted she didn’t get one also. McDonald’s envy doesn’t usually happen — just ask SD Unilocal Elite, Chun P.
Also, can’t stress this enough, you cannot beat the fact that this location serves breakfast until 11 IN THE MORNING, NOT 10:30AM as 99.9% of McDonald’s stores do. They even post signs, so it’s no secret.
TIP: Currently, at this location (and other McD’s locations), you can get a Buy-​One-​Get-​One-​Free discount for an egg mcmuffin or quarter pounder by completing the online survey on the receipt, so don’t throw it out! I can’t tell you how many times I have regretted not filling out the survey.
ANOTHER TIP: It’s located next to the reasonably-​priced Shell station near the ¹⁶³⁄₅ freeways, so it makes for a super quick and convenient stop!

I don’t know why but I find this Mcdonalds very charming. Maybe because I have good memories of when I used to work in Little Italy and would come walking all the way up here just to get a Big Mac! Well, they have an always almost empty parking lot, but the excuse was: lets get some junk and then some exercise was walking the trans fats out of the system;).
Still, I find this place very charming, maybe because it has its days counted (I can guess by all the new constructions going on and that East Village will be all full of high rise buildings and this flat little surface is occupying the space that a nice apartment block could potentially do as well).
The customer service is always super friendly if you take into consideration that they have to deal on a daily basis and whole day and night with many homeless and college kids. These are the main customers here. And some ‘other’ like me who just does not care when hunger attacks and that Big Mac sauce flavor comes to your brain asking for more. Plus the prices seems to be cheaper than in other Macdos.
