Bottom line — prompt and professional service. While at first I thought the quoted price was a bit high for what I was asking, once the job was completed, Mark (the owner) told me that he was lowering the price by approximately 27% because it turned out to be less complex than he estimated. I really appreciated this — having priced several jobs in the past, you always want to build in a «Murphy» factor and (at least for me) I’m happier to bid conservatively and then pass along a savings to the customer if it turns out to be easier vice continuing to tack on more and more cost as I discover more complexity — it’s not always this straight forward, I understand. I would gladly use
again and certainly recommend them.
