Meridian Property Management

HORRIBLE company with terrible business practices. I can not speak for how they treat their other properties but our personal experience has been a nightmare. They do not care about the home, they are rude and unreachable! Their main rep Sandy is very disrespectful and write emails that belittle and disrespect tenants. This is not how I would ever want someone who holds my home in their hands to ever treat anyone. I truly hope they read their reviews because you needs to change the way you treat people and conduct business.
I read the past reviews on here and am not shocked to see the same responses from frustrated past customers. I also have emails to show their disregard and rudeness toward us. Anyone looking for a property management company stay away from this one!!!

If you have a rental property, you will want to use Meridian Property Management to manage your property. I contracted with them to manage my town house for 2 years. I was very, very impressed with their level of professionalism. They were always able to get it rented without much if any downtime. They were very communicative, kept detailed records and were always very prompt getting the monthly statement/​rent to me. I ended up moving back in to the town house recently after the tenant vacated with no notice, and was pleasantly surprised to see that they put it back into pristine condition. While it was rented out, it was always nice knowing that I had a professional, competent team of people at Meridian taking care of everything for me.

Worst of the worst!!!
They don’t care about maintaining properties or dealing with tenants’ requests. They just care about money. They are never in their office, they rarely answer the phone, they have no idea of how things work.

We’ve been dealing with Meridian for over 5 years now. They are professional and work diligently to get the job done and keep tenants and owners happy. May and Sandy run the office and always return phone calls and emails promptly. They are always fair and reasonable. We truly appreciate the peace of mind we get working with Meridian.

Very bad! Do not trust them! They rob you blind and you have no control over what is going on. Save yourself and stay away from Meridian Property Management!
I have a ton of document and e-​mail proving their wrong doing.

I used them for 1 year. The repairs in the condo were near non existent. I had to keep calling them to get the repairs done. Then when I moved out. I had my own carpet cleaners and house cleaners come (the condo was spotless and in better condition then when I left it) but I was still charged more then $ 500.00 for cleaning and repairs. It was unbelievable. I think they did not check the unit after I moved out, they just sent the cleaners to clean someplace already clean. I do not recommend them but the condo I lived in was nice… except in the winter when the heating unit was not working.
