Rent only from these people if your life depends on it!!! Horrible experience since they have taken over management of the community I live in. So bad that I am THROWING AWAY a whole month’s rent just to get out of my lease. Management ignores alllllllllllllll issues. They pretend they are «working on it.» I have been looking all over the internet to find places that I can let everyone know a) DO NOT LIVE AT BELLA VISTA NAPA and b) let people know that they REFUSE to enforce basically everything in their lease, EXCEPT their policy of paying out of my lease. SOOOOOOOOOOO SOOOOO messed up. We have tried working with our community director on these issues over and over and over. When we gave our 30 day notice, the lady was like «Well we know you haven’t been happy here» YA! Since you guys took over. Shameful. Just absolutely shameful. Previous managers weren’t great, but at least they took pride in the property and did the things they said they would do.
