Mindful Skincare

Karen is awesome and I’ve seen so much improvement in my skin. She really cares and it puts a lot into taking care of my skin… especially my hyperpigmentation and melasma. I love the line she carries and have always enjoyed each appointment over the last couple of years.

I’m going into my 3^rd year of using Karen and her products. I’m truly happy with the results. I get more compliments on my skin. But above all, my skin is so healthy.

As a makeup artist my face is my business and Karen really helped me understand what skincare products will benefit my face most so my makeup looks super gorgeous. First she cleansed my face then looked at it using a special light to see under the top layer of skin where she can look for stuff like areas of sundamage/​hyperpigmentation, scaring, dehydration ect. Then a customized mask, antioxidant treatment, and moisturizer with SPF. She really listens to you in the beforehand consultation and asks what you use and how to improve on your skincare and even your makeup routine.
In short she is super smart about skincare and super nice.
I will be back again to her little house of skincare in Hillcrest.
