MM Training

i just bought a horse that is in training with Michelle. Purchasing a horse can be a difficult journey, and Michelle was there every step of the way, answering thousand of questions and being available even on her day off. She is an ethical, honest and caring professional. Her horses are well taken care of and she pays attention to detail. I am sad that we can not train with her, since we live almost 2 hours away.
I would recommend Michelle to anybody looking for a trainer or purchasing a horse from.

Expert Michelle Motyl trains riders of all levels and experience on a spacious property that offers various sized corrals. Primarily a hunter/​jumper facility, there are plenty of ponies and horses for students to train on. Animals are well-​cared for and premises are well-​maintained.

I recently began riding with Michelle after searching the San Diego area for a trainer that was close to home and knew their stuff. As an experienced rider returning after a break it was important to me to find someone who has the knowledge to push me further while helping me work through bad habits and weaknesses from my time away from riding; MM Training is absolutely that place!
I’ve ridden with both Michelle and her assistant Kailyn and can feel myself growing as a rider with each lesson. The MM team has their own arenas to ride in as well so things are never crowded and the instruction is truly focused and personalized.
MM Training recently moved to Imperial beach to a gorgeous ranch near the beach. This means it’s never too hot to ride and trail rides to the water are possible. Michelle is working hard to organize social events, clinics and shows to truly build a fun barn community also which is so welcoming!
I’m loving it so far and cannot wait to further my jumping career here!

Michelle is a great trainer! She has trained my horse billy for 1 year. When he first entered her training program My horse would not go on trail would not go in a trailer or tie to a hitch rail. Michelle trained him to do all that and more. I have NEVER seen her abuse or neglect her horses or horses under her care. I would highly recommend mm training.
