Listen to all the reviews below so true. I ordered a basic phone & when I activated it the time was wrong. It was 3 hours ahead. I spent so much time trying to correct the time. I called Verizon & spent one hour with them & they could not correct it either. They said I needed the SIM card to change to global mode to fix the time. They said to contact the vendor I bought the phone. Well… I contacted Mobile PC for assistance & got a reply from Yvonne that basically said «we don’t sell SIM cards & I am sure you can find one for a low price online & good luck». I responded back stating I bought this phone thinking everything was fine & can you help me. I never received a reply back… thanks for the NO SERVICE… Mobile PC. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered a pair of walkie talkie and the description on their website says it’s NEW, however, I received them in an opened plastic box that was cut opened and taped with scotch tapes. Since the walkie talkie seems fine and works fine, I didn’t want to waste more time dealing with them. Companies that send you products in this way usually don’t care about customer satisfaction, so it was my first purchase from them and the LAST!
