I have this company and they are terrible. Customer service people will not call you back and the one time I spoke to them they were really rude. My alarm has gone off by itself 10 times and now my system says that the window is open when nothing is. I attempt to contact them to have this fixed and the only contact I can get is to leave a voicemail. They have no problem charging my credit card $ 49 per month but take no responsibility for a defective alarm system. This has been going on since the first month I’ve had service and we are going on for over 1 year now. Stay far away from this company!

Don’t do it! Worst customer service ever. Used website’s contact us and asked a question on how to cancel service. They told me to call an 800 number to cancel. The 800 number said to write a letter(with my account number AND passcode on it) to cancel(via US mail, with 30 days notice…) and that the contact us department didn’t know the cancellation procedures. «So sorry». Sent letter, had to be transferred 5 times just to get conformation it was received and still could not get final amount owed. Begged to stay, had to be transferred to the retention department just to get the requested information. Then…wait there is more! Suddenly I owe more than I did before :(.

HORRIBLECOMPANY. DONTBUY Their Service!!! When I had the service I really liked them, always polite and the installer very nice and helpful. Then I sold my house with only 3 months left on my account. Paid that over the phone and received a confirmation number. Then they deducted another payment from my account the following month. I Called them and they said I didn’t send in a cancellation letter so my account was still active. First, I had already paid it, second I had a cancellation number. The guy I spoke to was an idiot. Finally after going around and around he transferred me to an account manager. The account manager transferred back to CS. Bottom line I was transferred 5 times before they said it was taken care of and over an hour on the phone. Next month September 2015, same thing. though since I closed checking account they sent me a bill for Sept. Went the rounds Again. Again over an hour on the phone and transferred 5 times. Yep you got it, same thing again in October, November, December. Now here we are Jan 2016. Yep got another Bill. I am turning this over to my attorney. ABSOLUTELYTHEWORSTEXPERIENCEINMYLIFE. DONTEVERUSETHEIRSERVICE!!! TOTALLYRUDEPEOPLE When you cancel. ABSOLUTEIDIOTSONTHE Freaking Phone!!! I Am having to sue them to stop service!!! And to stop billing me. The last guy said, oh just ignore the bill! What a freaking idiot. Yea ignore the bill so they can screw up my credit. Good idea dumb ass!

This company makes if nearly impossible to close your account! They transferred me a total of 5 times, then pleaded with me to take a 3 month leave… then I was disconnected. When I got through to someone they offered me every deal under the sun to stay. I told them I was moving and wanted out. They then informed me it would have to be by mail only, can’t do it over the phone or even a letter by fax. Then gave me an address… basically i will now have to pay for another month before its closed! I would never recommend them to anyone.
