I’ve only come here three times the first time I was so busy didn’t pay attention to any details second time my shirts were stained permanently they said that the shirts were already like that that they couldn’t repair it, When in fact I had just purchased these shirts from JCPenney, haven’t had time to look around for different cleaner option, brought in one shirt and one jacket today, when I went to pick them up the total was six dollars I attempted to pay with my debit credit card I was told that there was a $.75 charge for paying with plastic. They said customer must pay for their cost of doing business when it comes to paying with a debit or credit card, I personally do not disrespect customers when they are already paying the fees to make them pay for MY cost of doing business. i. e ACH credit card/​debit card fees from swiping customers card., it’s not the amount but the principle of paying additional fees for something that should already be factored in for customers convenience.

My mom went to drop off my brothers and dad suits. At drop off when handing over the suits the lady just tossed the suits in front of her in a basket instead of hanging. When pick up and brought them home. We notice lint, and wrinkles and small spot. Never coming here again. No wonder the price is so low you pay what you get.

I took my «GROOMSMAN» brand new dress shirts to get prepared for my wedding. I drop off five of the same color, style and company, brand new in the package to them. I returned two days later, 2 of the shirt’s had purple blotches on them like maybe a chemical had spilled on them, and the other 3 were fine. I questioned it with the worker and the owner. If this had been a regular work shirt, no big deal, but this was my «WEDDING.» They didn’t want to deal with it, very insensitive, and quite frankly, didn’t care to deal with it. To top it off, they made me pay for there screw up. CONSUMER BEWARE… I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CLEANERS!!!

They take care of my clothes as if it was my mom doing it. I never even question their rates since I know they will take care of my needs. Once the lady even offer to do it over since she was not satisfied with the results they got from the company who they send some of their clothes too. Very satisfied.

Just learning to use Unilocal and I noticed the update… so here’s my update after about a month and BBB contacting them they sent me a check for less than half of what I lost.

Love these guys. My family has been going here for at least 15 years and still no complaints. Like another reviewer said, I do wish they had express cleaning for whem impromptu events arise, but nonetheless 5 stars.
They’re organized, provide excellent customer service, and get the job done as promised. Dropping off a thick winter coat today before I store it away for winter. Don’t mind If I do! Yay for Spring and Summer!

Poor experience. I had a sweater cleaned and it came back with spots still there. I brought ot to the attention of the owner who reluctantly said she would reclean it. When I came to pick it it a week later it was still in the same place it was hung when I had brought it back. Not only were the spots still there but the red tape put on the sweater to identify where the spots were still there. It was not in a plastic bag and had no slip on it. so it took a good deal of time to even find it. It looked like nothing had changed so I asked if it had been cleaned the was assured it had been which was reconfirmed by the person who cleans the sweaters. It was not until I arrived at home I realized the red tape was still on the sweater, evidence that the item was never redone. Shame on you!

My husband has been going to this cleaners for about 10 years! I’m writing this on his behalf!!! He loved them! They have always been good to him! He takes his uniforms there! They are always pressed and ready to ASAP! He takes my clothes there and they always look great!

They do a great job. The place is clean when you walk in and looks very organized. If you are in a pinch and need something pressed in a hurry they will usually accomodate you. I have never had a timing issue here and they are courteous.

When it comes to dry cleaning there isn’t much that you can ask for except for cleanliness, speediness, punctuality on delivery and price.
Saturn cleaners has a good price, punctuality on their deliveries and cleanliness. The only thing that makes me not give them 5 stars is their lack of express service.
Example I have important business meeting with CEO of Apple Inc. and my lucky businessy shirt is dirty. I need it in three hours. So I need express sry cleaning. I wish I could take it there and get it quickly but they only have next day and super early morning jobs. Bummer.
Cmon guys. Get me emergency dry cleaning: D you rock!
