Had Murray Digital install a new TV and setup a home theater speaker system with multiple zones. Very pleased with results and a good overall experience.

Happened on this shop by accident and initially I was really confused by it. I mean are those apple computers new, refurbished? Well it turns out they are new, but because they do not have the space you have to order them and they aren’t less money. This confused me greatly so I asked the salesperson, so why would I buy one from you and not the Apple store? His QUICK reply, because I’m so cute. wink wink (loved the attitude).
Thank reply kept me in the shop and looking around. Although I still don’t get why I would buy a computer from them, it is nice that they have some accessories available for immediate purchase. The big plus and why there are 4 stars up above, is that they do home theater installations and I loved this salesperson. They can also install security cameras (which we are in the market for) and I am going to have them come give us an estimate.
I really like that anything you purchase from them comes with personal service before, during and after.

The guys here rock. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are also very conveniently located for all the downtown folks.

Having to replace important electronic devices when having a puppy, is pretty much a given. And after about four months of having little diggs, I’ve gone through two chargers for my macbook.
Since I live downtown, Murray Digital seemed to be a more convenient stop, when purchasing charger number 3.
Came in on a Tuesday afternoon. After looking around the extremely small store, we asked one of the guys working if they had any macbook chargers. He looked through a few drawers, before telling us that some guy came in yesterday and bought the only charger they had left. He then detached one that was charging a display and asked if it was the same style. After telling him yes, he says that he can sell us the display because they won’t have any in for a while since they haven’t ordered any yet.
By now I am desperate. I have a 15 page essay due the next day, and I can not live without my laptop, so I say sure, in hopes that he will give it to us at a discount being that it’s used.
NOPE.
rings us up for 79.99 plus tax. On a display item. I’m kind of pissed, but I don’t have any other options. I don’t have time to make a mission out of my day by going to Fashion Valley. I get it.
It doesn’t even come with a box.
Blah.
Granted, this place saved my life, but I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone really. They don’t carry many items, so chances are they won’t have what you’re looking for. I also needed a new pair of headphones for the ipod (again, perks of having a puppy) but to my surprise, they had none.
