I love a good facial and I’ve been to many estheticians and Christy – well, she ranks WAY up there. She is the perfect blend of relaxing, competence and product knowledge. She was very thorough in educating me with products that will help with my skin (I had adult onset acne until 6 months ago which unfortunately left unsightly scars on my face) but I never got the feeling that she was trying to sell me anything. As a matter of fact her advice allowed me to buy all the products through
for WAY cheaper and thanks to her, my skin looks so much better now than I even hoped for. With the help of a skin brightener, a good scrub and my Clarisonic, my scars are fading fast! Christy is very thorough, never in a rush, and makes you feel like she is genuinely on your side and working with you toward good skin.
The location is a little funky. Parking is difficult and stressful, especially on the weekends so plan to get there early. But once you are with Christy, you won’t even care. She is totally worth it and I highly recommend her!

I discovered Christy when I got a gift certificate for one of her facials. She is fantastic! The whole experience was soothing, relaxing, and restorative. She is gifted with a gentle yet effective touch. When your face is in her hands, you definitely feel confident that she knows exactly what she is doing. I had the opportunity to visit this extremely cute petite spa by purchasing a spa package through Mind Body Partnerships. When I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful tall woman named Christy. She is the esthetician there, and was extremely warm and welcoming. The treatment I received was an hour long facial that was by far the best I have ever received, and I do consider myself somewhat of a spa junkie. I really liked the Yonka products that she used as well. They were botanical and didn’t have added fragrance which is great because I have sensitive skin. Overall, the treatment was relaxing and really enjoyable. From the ambience to the service this was a great experience, and I highly recommend it if you are in the Rancho Bernardo area! You can really get a great deal on your first visit if you buy through Mind Body Partnerships.
