WARNING: Do not come here! Stay away.
Purchased a groupon from here and called prior to purchasing to ensure it was indeed a shellac manicure. She confirmed so I purchased and attempted to make an appointment. She was «completely booked up». Tried several more times when I eventually got an appointment to use this groupon months later. Again confirmed it was for a shellac manicure. Drove all the way there and upon arriving she told me that it was not for a shellac manicure and denied ever saying it was. She refused to work with me and insisted on charging me an extra 15 to make it shellac. I told her that this wasn’t what she had told me and she began to shout and cause a scene in the salon in front of other customers as well. She told me that she would not give me a shellac manicure even though that was the only reason I purchased the groupon. She was very rude and told me that she didn’t care about how I’d already spent money on the groupon and told me I could leave. Horrible horrible horrible place and horribly rude customer service. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. What kind of a business woman lets a customer leave totally un-​satisfied and without her nails even done. I have a wedding to attend tomorrow and now have to spend the rest of my day looking for another nail salon. I have never been so disrespected. Don’t bother wasting your time here.

This was a fabulous treat. I had shallack/​gel nail and pedicure. The setting so relaxing and Tha’s foot/​leg massage was so relaxing. My nails look very natural. I will definitely be back.

Me and a friend came here earlier today to get gel manicures. Tha is SUPER genuine and VERY personable. We loved her attention to detail every time she cleaned each nail after paining it. Her cheery and happy personality made us want to come back to see her and tell other friends and family about her wonderful services.

This is my second time getting my nails done by Tha & I just love them. I am really bad with my nails. When I saw her my first time my nails were in horrible shape (since I ripped off my week old acrylics). I usually end up either getting acrylics and picking at them or picking the gel polish off once it starts to lift. With Tha my shellac polish stayed completely intact! It didn’t lift at all and was still on when I went in for my next appointment. My nails are so much healthier and have actually grown. She is very gentle and does such a beautiful job. She has a large range of nail shellacs.

I’ve been on a search for a new nail place for a while and I am so glad I found Natural Nails By Tha. Tha is super nice, skilled and listened to what I wanted done. I got the spa manicure with shellac and it’s been a few days and no sign of chipping, or lifting! She also makes her own hand scrub that smells amazing and will leave your skin so soft. Highly recommend this place if you want beautiful and healthy nails!

Tha is located in the Ritual Salon and has a corner of the shop for nails. I actually really appreciate this because you don’t have to inhale the acrylic chemicals as if you were going into a regular nail shop. It’s also cozier — not as loud and hot. You can opt to have a shellac or gel manicure. Shellac is kinder to nails apparently and can last slightly longer then gel. She has many colors to choose from so that’s not an issue. She also does regular mani/​pedis.
I loved how she took her time while she doing my nails. When you make an appointment — it’s in one hour blocks and it will take an hour because she wants to make sure she does a great job. She’s very chatty, but it was nice talking to her about how much she takes her times doing client’s nails. Oh and she also told me how she’s very meticulous about cleaning her tools. I do wish she’d put sunscreen on my hands though when it goes into the nail machine. I love how she uses EO lotion a natural brand that boasts using natural and organic ingredients. Once the nails are dried, that’s when she uses EO lotion and gives you a hand massage. She even put little stripes on my fingers — they look cute/​different.
I am definitely coming back to Tha whenever I need a mani/​pedi. I appreciate how she takes her time and she cleans her tools! She’s a little pricey, but I know what I’m getting when I pay the steep prices! I highly recommend Tha!

Tha gave me one of the best manicure I have ever had. She pays attention to detail, doesn’t rush, and is a pleasure to spend time with! She squeezed me in at the last minute in a tight appt time, but I didn’t feel like she rushed. She makes her own body scrub and individualizes her hand treatment for your skin! Mine are really dry and she used a special lotion and soak included in the regular manny price! Shellac gel is so pretty and lasts forever!

Tha is super nice. She knows her stuff and uses great (actually) natural products! Fair prices for the quality, natural, chemical free products she uses. She is very detail oriented and does a great job! The current groupon doesn’t cover the CNG gel polish, but it’s only 3 $ more… worth it ;)

Tha is wonderful. I’m here for the second time and I just love her attention to detail. She has a lot of experience and always delivers the best service. I drive here from Little Italy happy!

I have been receiving pedicures for the past 15 years and had one today by Cherron and it was the best experience I’ve had. She takes her time and does an amazing massage as part of the service. She addressed my hangnail issue that so many others have trouble with. I wish I could’ve found her when I first moved here instead of as I’m moving away from the area. Highly recommended!
