This business is absolutely appropriately named. Nelson was caring for the pool when we bought our house 27 years ago, so we «inherited» him. Since then, he has taken excellent care of our pool, fixed the cover when it’s broken, coordinated the resurfacing of the pool, helped with our new jacuzzi, all in a professional, responsible, prompt fashion. But what REALLY makes him incredible is the above and beyond service that he provides. Many years ago, our water heater broke and flooded our kitchen when we were out of town. Nelson saw the water in our kitchen and alerted our neighbors who had a key to the house and could take care of it. Without his concern and actions, we would have come back to a huge mess. It is rare to find someone who has a stronger sense of caring and responsibility than Nelson. I recommend him without any reservation!
