So I bought a groupon for two Microdermabrasion facials. I called the day I purchased the groupon, some young kid answered«Doctor’s Office.» So I told him I had a groupon and what it was for and he put me on hold for 5 minutes. He then came back and said the person handling that is busy and she would call me back. I called for two weeks and left my name and number 3 times, no one ever called me back. Finally, I called and got through to a different receptionist who helped me make an appointment(after another 5 minute hold) for Saturday, she even stated that they are not actually open on Saturday but they have been getting a lot of requests for it so they were gonna try it out on me. I got a call late Friday night and a voicemail that said«We’re sorry but we’re having problems with our technician and we’ve decided not to offer Microdermabrasion any more.» OHHHHKAYYY, so all that for nothing?! I’m thoroughly displeased with the service I’ve received and I’m kinda glad it got canceled cause I was sketched out about letting anyone at this place touch my skin. Luckily, groupon refunded my money. But what a waste of my time this has been.

I was in San Diego over weekend and took advantage of an special online offer at this location. I can say that the staff and office were very friendly, clean and professional. The technician was also very helpful. Before the treatment they helped educate me on how to achieve the maximum benefits from this procedure. Then they made allowed me do a vibration session which also felt great! I would highly recommend this facility for any procedure they offer. It was great experience.:) PS — ask how to get a free treatment –which I also was given. :)
