I came across the website for Next Level Construction by accident, and decided to request a quote based on these exact words, taken from their website:
«Serving all of San Diego and surrounding area»
«Big or small, we can do it all. Even the smallest jobs get the top level of quality»
So, the guy came to my house, and Ironically, after looking over my job, told me two things:
1) I live too far (I am in the «surrounding area»)
2) The job is too small
It’s important to note that I had a conversation with this gentleman before coming out to my house. I explained my location in detail, as well as the job.
Every employer has the right to refuse their services, I get that. But, plese don’t provide false advertising, and please don’t waste my time (or yours).

I have worked with Stefan on two projects for local architects in downtown and he was on point all the time. He never stopped and did top notch work. My wife and I are in escrow and hope that Next Level Construction will participate in the process so I can have the pleasure to work along side Stefan again. Keep up the great work!

I found Stefan on line when I needed some help on a 420sq ft remodel I was doing on my house. He showed up on a saturday to look over everything and came back on sunday with his tools! He did great work and charged a fair price. He kept coming back and helped me finish up the project as well as follow up calls.
Next level does great work at a fair price. Experienced, friendly and professional!

I was impressed with the service and professionalism from the people at next construction. From the initial consult and bid to the finished product was a very smooth transition. The cost was reasonable and they did not try to nickle and dime me with hidden cost. I would definetly use their services again
