Discovered this restaurant about 2 weeks ago and so far I’ve been here about 5 times. I’ve been to many nice Thai restaurants and this place is one of my favorites. Really inexpensive and the quality of the food is amazing. I recommend you try the Chicken Pad Thai and drunken noodles.

I’ve been here a good handful of times and will continue to keep going. The food is good and I’d definitely recommend it to a friend. Only reason they’re not getting 5 stars is because the two women who work in the front aren’t friendly at all. You say«thank you» and they don’t respond. The environment is home-y but they aren’t friendly or kind at all. A basic hi-bye atmosphere.

Walked into this place by accident and did not know what to expect. I asked the cashier what she recommended because I have never eaten Thai food before. She recommended the pad Thai noodles and the crispy rolls. I must say that I wasn’t disappointed at all The crispy rolls were hot and delicious and the shrimp pad Thai was superb. I will definitely be back and bring the family.

Stopped in for takeout, chicken pad Thai with little spice. It was delicious! I just moved here and was so glad to have found a good Thai place. Had the chicken spring rolls too, and the peanut sauce is great! Will definitely be going back.

Excellent service!!! And great food! We have visited several Thai restaurants and this one is rated in top 5. Location seems simple but food is excellent!!! Same owner as Thai restaurant in Imperial Beach on Seacoast.

I’ve eaten here before and that whole previous experience was quite good. Friday night was a different story. We arrived around 7:30pm and examined the menu boards. We are told there is no rice! when one of us tries to order the fried rice. Okay. She orders the curry. Oops! No rice so it’s not available either. Fine. Drunken noodles, pad thai, and another noodle dish. Fine. I’ll have a thai tea. Ooops. Nope. They were out of that, too. And could they please make some plain noodles for one-year-old we have in tow? Nope! The counter girl said they cannot make just noodles but they could do some plain rice. Oh. Wait. They’re out of rice. We cancelled the whole order and left.

I ordered drunken noodles. I had Thai food couple days ago at a diff location in IB and wanted to try this place out. This place wasn’t as good As the other place. The chicken was over cook because it was tough. And the sauce was red And not as grEat. But they did serve large portion.

I was looking forward to eating here since it had a good Unilocal review… but was disappointed. Food was lacking in flavor all around and it seemed like they rely heavily on onions and bell peppers as «fillers» to make the meal seem heartier. We got the basil chicken, spice level 10. This did have a really nice heat to it, but I expect to be crying at a level 10, which was not the case. There was tons of the peppers and onion in the dish and a surprising lack of basil. I also ordered the shrimp pad Thai with spice level of one. Nice sweet flavor, but the shrimp was overcooked. Overall, A mediocre pad Thai. We also ordered the Tom khai soup, again filled with onions and peppers. Not worth it. Decent flavor tho. Wasn’t the worst meal ever, but we won’t be back.

Surprisingly delicious and very reasonable Thai food!!! I ordered the tom kha kai soup and yellow curry with chicken to go and both dishes were very flavorful and yummy! The curry wasn’t bland and wasn’t too spicy either it was the absolute most perfect balance. My only dislike about the curry was that it had green peas in it, which I have never had before. Most Thai places I’ve been to generally put the usual: onions, carrots, potatoes, chicken and red peppers. But this place put green peas and I will be sure to go without them next time. Also I came in around lunch time(noon to be exact) and it wasn’t too busy. I waited probably five minutes total for my take out which was awesome. The lady who took my order was super sweet and friendly. Next time I go back though I will definitely be trying their drunken noodles. This one lady having lunch there suggested I ordered it because it was so delicious but I passed because I’m sick and just wanted some soup lol. Sooo next time I am definitely getting that!

I was surprised with this place as it’s almost literally a hole in the wall. Had the spicy noodles with chicken, with a spicy level of 7. It was good. Maybe I should’ve asked for a level 5 – 6. It was still very good. It could’ve used a bit more chicken. Also had the hot rolls and these weren’t that great. The young girl that helped me seemed to be bored out of her mind and wasn’t interested with being there. She was a bit on the rude side, but I don’t really need a hug or high five when I go to a place so it didn’t bother me. I was going to leave a tip just because she did my food out and a cup water. Sorry, I didn’t have any change :(so I decided to give you an extra star.

I have been going to this place for over a year and it never disappoints. The girl at the front counter is really nice. And the food is so good! My top 3 would be 1. Drunken noodles(it’s always cooked with the perfect spices without being to spicy) 2. Pineapple fried-rice(it taste like if it was cooked with chicken broth) oh so good. 3. Pad Thai with fried tofu(the sauce never to peanuty also the tofu is fried to perfection and since it absorbs all the flavors that it’s cooked with it enhances the flavor of the plate). And a tip. Don’t get the seafood besides all their fresh ingredients, the seafood is frozen & taste kind of fishy. But overall really good place!

Overall extremely disappointed in the food. I ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp with a level 5 spice. My shrimp was way over cooked, and my plate lacked any hint of spice. It almost seemed that my food was leftover from the previous day(s) and was re-cooked for me. I will not be returning. There is better Thai food not much further from here.

This place is awesome! The appetizers are all super inexpensive and made fresh to order. The noodle portions are huge! The curry was on the smaller side but, still delicious. Definitely happy to find this spot and will keep coming back

Good asian food option in the IB and Palm City area. Always greeted quickly and warmly, this place has a much better feel to it than you’d expect inside a strip mall(it’s behind Rallys). Score would be much higher, but I’ve had two orders wrong now. Nice décor, nice tables and chairs and even nicer staff. This is a family run Thai restaurant with great fiod. I RECOMMEND the Drunken Noodles and any of the Rice /Noodle soups. Very tasty. Rice with bbq pork is awesome as well, and one key here is that everything is made fresh to your order– No chafing dishes or pots full of old food. This is a little gem of a spot on Palm Ave, and if you haven’t eaten here, you need to! Let’s work on getting people’s orders right, and we’ll be golden, pony boy.

I’m glad I gave this place a shot :) I was greated by friendly staff! I ordered Chicken Drunken Noodles to go and it was great! Very tasty, fresh and not too spicy. If you like your drunken noodles very spicy like my boyfriend then I would suggest you ask for a level 8.
