Wow. You should have seen our floors. The previous owners were foreclosed and their son (s) were sneaking in an partying and the grout was horrific but the tile floors were beautiful under all the gunk.
Erik came in and did a quick demo and I was hooked. So we were about to schedule him and then I was worried about the solution going under the baseboards (they were made from the MDF material which is like a sponge for fluids)… so Erik didn’t want to be responsible for an accidental base board catastrophe. So we didn’t do it.
Later, I just couldn’t take it so we just went for it. I gave him the ok and took all responsibility.
The floors came out spectacular and not a bit of damage to the baseboards.
Would I hire Erik again? Absolutely. I’m going to. We just moved and that’s why I was looking for him again.

What an amazing difference! I thought my floor was clean. Erik did an amazing job. He made my tile floor look new again. Erik is super knowledgable, fast, and polite. Excellent job!!! I highly recommend Nordic Pro.
