Officia Imaging

We have been working with Officia Imaging for several years now. Our business is only open one business day weekly to prepare for Sunday services. Everything has to be in working order, and if it goes down, has to brought up immediately. Stephanie will dispatch a copier tech and inform them that this is a priority call. She is a no non-​sense professional with a great sense of humor. She understands the urgency of our needs, and is easy to work with. She never acts like we have a ‘complicated order.’ Technicians communicate directly with me by cell phone. Manny, our copier tech, is by far the best technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Officia has been taking care of our copiers for years now. They have always provided fast, professional service. The last time we purchased they offered us a nearly brand new repossesed copier at an amazing price and the copier works as good as the same model we purchased the year before. I usually receive supplies the next day after I order them and a technician calls me usually within an hour after I place call to inform me when he will arrive. I have been dealing with copiers for nearly 30 years and it does not get better than this.
