John Airy of On Site Techs is great. He is always on time, works quickly and solves PC and Mac problems. He helped me chose a new computer when I needed one and keeps it running perfectly. There is never a wait for service(less than a day) and he explains computer stuff in language I understand. I am comfortable having him in my home and referring him to my friends and family for their computer issues

What to do with a laptop AC input that goes caput? Call On-site Techs, that’s what. Or at least, that is what I did. I called on Wednesday late in the day and was able to set up an appointment for Thursday at 1:30pm. John, the tech, showed up at 1:20pm, even better. He let me tell my side of the story and then he looked to the computer for the rest of the information. He explained what he was doing and patiently answered my questions. He discovered the problem within 5 minutes and told me he’d have to take my laptop with him, but would bring it back the next day. True to his word, it was back in perfect condition on Friday. He charged me a more than fair price, cheaper than another repair shop that had good reviews, too… much cheaper. I am thoroughly impressed by On-Site Techs and I feel confident enough in their services to refer him to even my closest friends. On-Site Techs — Competent, Timely & Reasonable Computer Repair My computer crashed after installing Microsoft Service Pack 3. I attempted to go into safe mode & delete all downloads for that day. However, I got error messages when I booted up & lost the use of my internet browsers. So I called On-Site Techs & spoke to John Airy. He was knowledgeable & courteous. He came out, took my laptop with him & brought it back the next day. The computer works just fine now. In fact, it works better than before. I found John professional, competent, thorough & reasonable.
