Awesome workout! After trying circuit training on my own with books, as well as gym-hosted fitness classes and plain old elliptical + random weight training, I’d lost motivation and felt concerned that I wasn’t working my muscle groups in a balanced fashion. Just a couple months into Karate Body Fitness class, I’m already feeling better all around, seeing progress in my body, and can do way more than when I started. Nate is a great trainer, athlete, and motivator. You seriously can’t beat how effective this half-hour class is!

Great personal trainer, nutrition advice, and we have so much fun! I love getting an intense workout done in only 30 min. I’ve made huge progress, 20+ pounds, and love bringing my toddler to the family-friendly 9:30 class. Haven’t seen this weight since before having kids. Thanks, Nate & Amanda!

Nate is a great instructor and is very informative about living a healthy life. The 30-minute interval workouts are a perfect way to get your day started. The studio has everything you need.
